*****I DO NOT RECOMMEND**** San Bros Plumbing because my experience with them has been terrible. I hired them to repair a broken sewer line under the bathroom floor which involved tunneling in Jan 2023. Almost two months later I identified that plumber/employee Robert failed to reconnect the bathroom sink drain to the line they were working on which meant all of the water from a double vanity flowed to the bottom of the house/bathroom foundation flooring. When Santana Bro came back out to re-route the vanity drain to another line, they failed to remove the water which had collected under the house over the course of those two months.

I recently ask Miguel the owner's son if his company had plans to remove the water from below the house. And he's refused stating his work was done properly and they fixed their mistake completely ignoring the water which poured under the house while the vanity drain line was disconnected.

Robert and Santana Bros Plumbing is negligent, irresponsible and highly unprofessional. I will be suing for the expense to extract the water. And submitting a complaint with the State of Texas to start.

This company will hire a contruction engineer to state otherwise. In my opinion this company is bunch of scammers who rally people to post positive reviews to cover the truth of their shady business practices.

Just call them- straight up.

Came out at short notice -- water heater failed & flooded the attic. They removed, replaced, installed the new unit, which was above the second floor. So it was hell I'm sure, but they were very good and did the job well.

Carrying a water heater up and down two flights of stairs and up a ladder into the attic is ridiculously difficult, so the fact that they left with not a single ding in the wall or scratch somewhere is applaudable

Great job and great service. I got a phone call before they arrived, they showed up in masks and shoe covers. Very friendly and respectful of the property. They listened, looked at the problem and provided a quote, all written down and explained. Very impressed. I'll definitely call them again.
