I've been acquainted with Steve for a long time through mutual friends and Music. We are in the process of buying a new to us house and it needed a new hot water heater installed ASAP. Octavio was on the job and had it done before I could get there from work. The work looked great and was literally half the price of other bids we received. Steve brown is the man! He's done 3 or 4 jobs at my house from shower pan installation and drain repair to small leaks; the work and price has always been fantastic. He's very trustworthy too, I've given him my gate combo so he could let himself in while I was at work. I've recommended him to several friends they've all had the same experience.

I know nothing about plumbing and I don't want to know. Steve allowed me to sit back, not worry, no stress. Each time it was easy and reasonably priced. Our county was doing a low-flow exchange - he knew all about it and helped up take full advantage of the program. Santa Rosa Plumbing is the bomb! Steve and Jim came to my son's rescue when his keys dropped in the toilet - no kidding these things really happen! Within one hour of my desperate plea from Los Angeles, they were at his home assisting. They took care of business, no fuss! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

We had Steve come over, and he was very pleasant, and took care of the problem, though there was a recurrence. However, he returned, at no charge, and fixed the tub leak. I had used two other plumbers before him, and that was money down the drain, so I was very happy with Santa Rosa Plumbing, and they are indeed very fair, and very good. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

These plumbers are wonderful. We and our relatives have used them several times and they are always very efficient, helpful, and friendly. They have always know what they're doing and clearly are very knowledgeable on the subject, including plumbing in old houses (ours is over 100 years old), they do a great job, are friendly and willing to provide plenty of help and information. They have come out and provided us guidance and information without charging and on the tasks we hired them for, they did a great job in a friendly and courteous manner. I note that I think this is the same business that is also listed here under the same name in Cotati, but this one has the phone number we have used, since we're in Santa Rosa.
