While Marco has been very helpful in dealing with my plumbing problems in the past, his current scheduler/receptionist Nora is very unprofessional. I was told a plumber would be at my house on Thursday and no one showed up. I spoke to Marco and he apologized and PROMISED me someone would be here on Friday at 8am. Once again no one showed. When I called, Nora told that me that we weren't on the schedule and she had had canceled the plumber. Not sure what is up with her she is very confused. Now I don't feel as though I can trust their service. Too bad - Marco seems like a nice guy.

I've dealt with SM Plumbing over the years and they are always great. This last time I called and Lenora answered. She is awesome. So friendly and very nice on the phone. Easy to schedule. Manny came out and our bathtub was clogged bad. He spent a lot of time on the problem and afterwards gave us a very fair price for the work. He cleaned everything up and was on his way. These guys are true professionals and very reasonable. Highly recommend.

My experience was quite pleasant. The plumber was ahead of schedule so the office called to see if I could meet them earlier. I appreciated that! Manny was on the ball and knows his stuff. He fixed the problem, making cost-saving recommendations along the way. He was in and out and cleaned up after. All good!
