We have used Santa Margarita Plumbing for years. They have fixed a minor slab leak that we caught early, installed a water heater, and have done minor work replacing sprinkler valves and completed under the kitchen work. Our water heater went out recently - (the burner unit needed to be replaced), we ended up needing to contact the water heater manufacturer ourselves, who turned out to be very responsive and proactive; they sent the part out promptly. The manufacturer provided a list of other plumbers who would install the part at no additional cost because the water heater was still under warranty. Unfortunately I was told by SMP that they no longer do business with the water heater company that made the water heater that I was sold because there were too many problems. (too bad for me I guess). The staff at Santa Margarita Plumbing are professional and pleasant.

I won't call or refer them for any future estimates. Extremely high priced compared to other plumbing companies and dishonest communication. I'll leave it at that.

I have used Santa Margarita Plumbing, Heating & Air for plumbing issues. They did a great job and were great to work with. I also recently got an estimate for A/C repair. I ended up not going with them. They were very gracious even though I wasn't using them. I will continue to use them in the future.

I had a prior plumber come out and do shotty work on one of my properties. My downstairs partially flooded because of it and left me with floor damage I have to fix at my cost.
They were able to come out and fix the issue relatively quickly and were extremely kind and helpful to me during a very stressful situation.

Second time I have used Santa Margarita Plumbing and Air for a plumbing issue. Randy came out to our home on a Sunday and inspected the problem. He told us our options and gave a estimate of the scope and nature of the repair. The next day he had his technician at the house ready to work. The work (slab leak) was completed timely, professionally, right on the estimated price and as clean as can be! They made a bad situation easy to deal with and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Santa Margarita Plumbing and Air. Congratulations to Randy and his staff for the professional and trustworthy service they provide.

I sent him photos from the inspection report and he was able to get me a quote and schedule a technician right away. The tech was knowledgeable, courteous, and did good work. I used to use yelp for just restaurants and food places but lately I have started to use it for services and came across this plumbing company!!

They were FANTASTIC!! From the start I called them about an issue I was having at the house with our crazy toilets we have and the smell that was coming out of it. They were very educated and friendly on the phone and very quick to help me with scheduling a time around my busy schedule to actually meet them at the house!

They were on time and very professional!!! They were so friendly I was honestly surprised! They knew what they were doing and found out from talking with them that they do a lot of commercial and state projects as well not just residential which definitely made me feel more comfortable using their services! They again were very knowledgeable and helped with the plumbing and toilet situation and even gave tips and tricks to hopefully never have this situation again. I will definitely be using them for my future plumbing needs!!

Trust me you won't regret giving them a call I sure didn't quite impressed compared to other plumbing companies I have talked to!

We've used Homer only for our plumbing needs since we discovered him a couple years back. We owned an older home in Capistrano Beach built in 1990 with 5 bedrooms and bathrooms. We sold the house and had to fix quite a few plumbing issues. Homer provided great service at a reasonable cost. RSM Plumbing was recommended to us by a very reputable builder. Since we've moved to Talega in San Clemente we've used Homer exclusively for out plumbing issues including the install of a Noritz tankless hot water heater. We trust Homer implicitly to recommend the right solution for our particular plumbing problems.
