I started using Santa Maragrita Plumbing after noticing that they are contracted by my home association. But once I hired them for my home, I continued to use their service for the past 3 yrs. I have been very happy with their service, therefore did not need to look elsewhere. My parents' water heater broke down and they were able to service it the same day. They have contracted supplier that directly deliver essential parts when needed. No time wasted. Show up on time. Most importantly RELIABLE. Excellent service. Nothing bothers me more than wasting time on mediocre service. They are my go to plumbing service.

Thanks for offering such great prompt service today, quickly fixing a garbage disposal that clogged completely this morning. Rene (the expert repair guy) was friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient (and actually arrived a little ahead of time!) He explained what he found the issue to be and how he fixed it. He was clean, neat and thorough.

Glad we have such great service companies here in Santa Margarita!

I was very pleased to see that Sergio, our assigned tech, showed up ahead of our scheduled time slot. He was knowledgeable and communicated what my options were to make the proper repair. After the repair was made another gentleman, Ari, was available to make the necessary drywall repair. Both me exhibited professionalism in their work and I would not hesitate for one second to have either one back for any future work that may be needed. I had a severe leak in my water main that was flooding my lawn and driveway. I had originally called another company and received a quote that we simply couldn't afford. When I called, I let the scheduler know that I was looking for a competing quote for replacing my main water line. Rol was able to come out the same day and give me a quote. I let him know I had a few other companies coming by, but he was still quick to provide me a formal quote. Two days later I decided I felt most comfortable with Santa Margarita Plumbing and Air. It wasn't my lowest bid, but I felt that Rol was very candid and honest. He was good at explaining what was in scope and what wasn't, and he did an excellent job setting my expectations.

They were able to put me on the schedule fairly quickly in spite of the fact that I had delayed by waiting for other bids. The day of, the team showed up and quickly trenched my front yard and started using a waterjet to tunnel under the pavers in my front patio. In total they ran about 50 feet of new pipe from my meter to my house and the replaced the shutoff valves for my house and sprinkler system. They were able to remove a minimal amount of pavers in my patio, and did a great job at putting them back in place for not being a paving company. My lawn looked like a WW1 trench as they were digging, but at the end of the day they were able to replace all the dirt and lay the grass back over the trench. Everything looked much better than I expected after they were done, and it looks like my lawn should recover in a few weeks.

Rol is fantastic and so is the entire crew! I had a water heater burst and air conditioner go out within 24 hours. Rol was extremely responsive coming out himself to help with the water heater emergency. I had him quote the air conditioner and found his quote very reasonable and he answered all my questions. The quote was honest as I compared it to other bids. They have a loyal life long client.

This rating is for Santa Margarita's response time regarding a HVAC repair: over 100 degrees and labor day weekend and they still got back to me quickly on their next open apt. I was able to get someone to come out but it is great to see quick responses no matter the circumstances. Al G

I'm so impressed with Santa margarita plumbing. Had a hot water heater that broke. From the time I called till the time they got here was about 15 minutes. Grateful they came right away and helped me out. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Felt very comfortable with them. Would definitely recommend!

Our faucet in the bathroom would not stop running, so we had to turn off the main valve in the front. I called and Santa Margarita Plumbing was at my home in 20 minutes.They fixed our faucet in the bathroom in under an hour and fixed the faucet so it could turn off again.Thank you!

From the office staff to the HVAC tech and Plumber, this place was AMAZING. The woman in the office was SUPER helpful. I wanted to get se work done as a surprise for my parents. I sent them out for a grandparent's day with the kids. The lady on the office coordinated everything and let me know an exact time the techs would be there.
Both techs were kind, knowledgeable, and did fair pricing. They got everything done that o requested, plus more. They explained what they were doing to the home and showed me everything worked. They ran multiple tests to make sure everything was in proper working condition.
I'd recommend them to anyone.
