This company was recommended to me but I couldn't even get someone to talk to me. I called Wednesday right before 5 and was told gruffly that it was too late in the day and I needed to call back the next day. The man who answered had not even identified the business and I had to ask if it was Santa Fe Trails Plumbing. I knew it was late in the day but all I wanted to do was set up a visit for Monday so didn't think it would have been too difficult for them to do it then.
I called back Thursday morning. Again got a very gruff answer and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I then heard someone pick up the phone and hang it up. Listen, I'm not looking for a new BFF but I am looking to be treated with a little common courtesy.

Not impressed at all with the responsiveness of this company. They were actually very rude. With the economy the way that it is, I would have thought they would be more eager for business. I decided give my business to another plumbing company, who meet my service needs the very same day.
