I had Darnold plumbing work at a rental house. They completely trashed the bathroom vanity and walls that they were working on in searching for a leak. They moved the toilet for some unknown reason, as well.Very unprofessional. To top it off, they expected me to pay them to come back and fix their damage to the drywall and vanity. I did not think that that was appropriate, and I dismissed them. I fixed their damage and tried get the owner Mr Moore to split the cost with me at the very least, to no avail. Complete lack of professionalism, complete lack of keeping the customer satisfied. I would avoid this company at all costs. They are make-workers. Owner Mr. Moore said the plumbers had to remove the vanity in pieces, as it was nailed multiply to the walls. In looking at these photos, there is no indication of these nails. Much of the drywall was still in place, so it was clearly evident how nails or screws were used to secure the vanity.
Also, why was the toilet removed? I learned that Plumber Josh capped off the hot water supply to the laundry without reattaching it.
Why? The tile fronting the tub/shower faucet was also removed. I was told by one of the tenants they did that so they could ""listen"" for a leak. Is this the normal procedure a plumbing company utilizes for finding a leak? After they have trashed pretty much the rest of the wall?

We have used this company for years. They are courteous and do good work. HOWEVER, when we used them to put in a new water line, a routine job not an emergency job, they charged us in excess of $375/hr. When we tried to discuss the matter with them, they refused our calls. We will not use this company again, nor will we recommend them to others. We do not feel that charging excessive rates to senior citizens on disability incomes is good business practice. We do not feel refusing to communicate with customers regarding their issues is good business practice.

We had them come and service our swamp cooler. We were told it was cleaned and that it would be ""good for the rest of the summer"". However, it did nothing. It got even hotter after they left.

We had someone else come out and it turns out they didn't even change the filters at all. The other people did and voila, it works great.

They charged us for doing nothing. It was a complete waste of money. They were very nice, but that didn't cool our home.

My grandmother called this company to have her swamp cooler turned back on for the summer. They informed her that if it didn't work to call them back before 30 days free of charge. The second time she turned the air conditioner back on it did not work. She called to make another appointment so they could fix it because it wasn't working. They made an appointment with her and never came. She tried contacting them with no response. I feel like my grandmother was ignored because no one thought she could publicly complain. It's a shame people treat the elderly like this. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Waiting to talk to the owner on an estimate of repair on redo work of 50 to 60 dollars that became 275 dollars when the work was completed. Will wait to hear from the owner before making a final review rating.

First of all, the"" NEW OWNERS"" !!! are not licensed to do much in the pluming area. Not knowing this I contracted with them on 08/11/2017 to REPLACE my old Coleman PROPANE FURNACE and roof jack with a new one. They removed and destroyed the old furnace and roof jack and my metal roof and ceiling on the MH had a gapeing hole. The new furnace they ordered was too large and heavy to fit in the old space and the floor caved in allowing the new furnace to slide below the floor. They quickly put an old used Pipe/Roof Jack in the large hole in my ceiling and metal roof and tried to seal it with caulking. Leak it did!!. There i was with a big mess and no working furnace. The Otero office kept telling me they would be there to fix the mess on a certain day and time and they never showed up. In desperation i FIRED OTERO Plumbing and called Ruben at Home Service Contractors and he and his crew were able to remove and fix the mess in TWO 2 Days . I now have a new Coleman APPROVED!! working Furnace with the Proper ROOF/ Jack. Please think twice before calling the"" NEW"" Otero Pluming RLS in High Rolls

Anthony and crew are wonderful. I should have hired them to re-plumb my house. I have had them do multiple jobs in my house and they do it quickly, efficiently and cleanly. Came out to get a bid on a bathroom remodel. Told us they would get us a bid in 3 days. weeks went by I called they said they were waiting on sub contractors bids, and would get back to me. A Month or more later, still never heard back.
We contacted CDL construction and they are doing a Great job.
