We had been without water due to a string of unfortunate events for a week and a half. After being strung along or rejected by a few other well and plumbing companies. I was desperate! Not only did Anne get someone out to us a day early. The team from Santa Cruz pluming was always punctual! Friendly. And only focused on what I needed done. Instead of what couldn't be done or other costly issues that would have held us up from getting water . They saved the day , the orchard , the garden. And my sanity. Thanks so much ! We had an emergency with water coming out from our toilet. After calling several other plumbers and getting no response, I spoke with Santa Cruz plumbing. They sent out Scotty right away (he was at our house in less than 30 minutes from when I called!!) and he was able to figure out and fix the problem quickly. He was very friendly and professional. Really great service! I needed a new low-flow toilet installed. I called an alternate Santa Cruz plumbing service first, who was equally helpful, but their quote came back more than double what Santa Cruz Plumbing estimated. And I love that Santa Cruz Plumbing sends quotes and invoices electronically so I can submit payment in minutes. Scottie was very pleasant, courteous and fast. Thank you!

So happy I now have my future ""go to"" people for any plumbing issues! The reviews on here are accurate - this place is great: They answered the phone promptly, scheduled my appointment for the next day and Scotty showed-up exactly on time (and fixed our issue!). These guys understand customer service, and they were reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling them again if needed.

From the 1st interaction on the phone until the last day of the project, everyone at Santa Cruz Plumbing was a pleasure to work with! We unfortunately had to repipe our entire plumbing which is no small task! Tim explained thoroughly, what they would be doing, materials to be used, and time frame.
Shane & Scotty who worked with Tim were courteous and hard working, even digging in the pouring rain!
The project seemed overwhelming, especially being without running water, but the job was efficiently done and completed as quickly as possible.
Their estimate was competitive and we really liked their attitudes/ personalities & patience answering our many questions.

Excellent Job Tim! Our job was not urgent so it did take about 10 days before we could get an appointment but, Tim was right on time and took 20 minutes to fix what our long time plumber failed to fix properly twice. Very friendly, professional and clean. I think we have a new plumber.

The plumber was extremely friendly and prompt. They can within hours of my call. We had a very simple issue and nothing really had to be done. He checked for a leak and tightened a bolt. We were charged $130. Plumbers are expensive! If you have an immediate issue/emergency this company will help you right away. For minor issues perhaps a less expensive plumber if that is possible.

There's nothing like having a plumbing problem that has befuddled our small church for years, and having Tim come out from under the building, covered in webs and dirt, with a big smile on his face! Such good positive energy, he, along with Shane, repaired a kitchen pipe and put in a clean out drain within the time he estimated and the cost. I'm sure we have to look no further for a great company to do our plumbing from now on. They are timely, professional, and have great customer service in the office as well.
