Joe worked hard and did an outstanding job clearing a difficult clog in our sewer line and didn't spend a bunch of time trying to upsell on optional, more expensive services. The price of service was reasonable and as quoted over the phone prior to service. Will very happily call Santa Cruz plumbing again.

Excellent! We lost our water heater last night. I called 4 plumbing companies, but as soon as I mentioned that our water heater was in a cellar with stairs, they all turned me down. Santa Cruz Plumbing asked the right question: ""Is this your primary residence? (Yes) Then we'll find a way to get it done for you.""

Mario and Joe were dispatched from a commercial job, showed up, removed the old water heater and installed the new one-same day!! They were professional, efficient, friendly, and demonstrated care for our home. Thank you Mario, Joe, and Santa Cruz Plumbing!

Well to start, they did a wonderful job installing a new large water heater. It was expensive but with the hot water we had it was great. Now 11 months later later, the water heater is leaking (a fixture where they connected the water heater to the line) and the leak filled up the bottom essentially shutting down the water heater. So it's 5:10 on a Friday with family in town and find that according to their voice mail, they no longer offer emergency service.

So I spend $3,000+ for a high end water heater and now without hot water till Monday after 11 months of usage. I was worried that I'd have to find someone else who i was afraid would try to sell,is an entire new water heater.

UPDATE: Saturday morning Chris calls. He saw the original yelp review and wanted to see what he could do to fix my problem. Was very helpful and confirmed a work around to keep the water heater going until they can get out here on Monday.

So I've changed my review based on his professional response and we'll get it fixed attitude. We'll see how the repair goes but I now have the highest expectations it will go according to plan. So, 4 stars for now only because they had to discontinue the emergency service (at least for now).

Update. As expected they were there b time, took full responsibility and fixed the problem - no charge. These guys rock!

Chris and his team at SC Plumbing are awesome! I moved into a home with no washer/dryer... Chris gave me a quick efficient bid and then was back out within a few days to do the work. He got it done faster than promised and under budget. I didn't even need to stay home while he did the work, came back and everything was exactly the way it should be and cleaned up as well. I appreciate your guys hard work! Will definitely use you again.

I needed to replace the old water heater tank in my mothers house. After doing a bit of research, I decided to go with a tankless water heater. I called around a few local plumbers in the area based off of Yelp reviews and after meeting with several companies, I decided on Santa Cruz Plumbing to complete this job. I initially spoke with Chris, who came by and assessed our existing plumbing and was able to give me a firm bid on the job that was lower than what other companies could do. There was a fair amount of plumbing work that had to be done for this job, being that I was removing an old beat up water heater and installing this new modern tankless unit on the wall opposite of where the old tank sat (outside). There was a long distance gas run that had to be done under the house as well, and the crawl space entrance was only accessible from the opposite end of the house, making the job a bit labor intensive. Cameron and an associate came by and were able to complete the job in 2 days, and now we have continuous hot water in the house without any worry of losing heat with our new tankless heater. Very professional company and I would highly recommend Santa Cruz Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

They were awesome. My 12 yo ng hot water heater started leaking out of the bottom. Got quotes from 3, they were the least expensive and did an awesome job. Chris, David, and Joe worked for 3 hours and in order to remove the old unit they had to totally dis-assemble my water purification system and then reassemble it.... see the photo. it's a total custom install. I am very stoked of their service and responsiveness! called the morning after the leak happened, they were out within an hour and replaced the next morn. 100% thumbs up for these folks! Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Santa Cruz Plumbing. We remodeled two bathrooms in our 1949 house and they were the low bid. The work was done well and fast and Chris responded very well to the unexpected problems that arose as we worked. Highly recommended.

Changing out an electric range to gas and needed a gas line run. Chris was assigned my job and was fantastic! He is experienced, communicative, professional, friendly, prompt and did an awesome job! He continually kept in touch & followed up. He used the easiest & shortest route making sure there was minimal drywall cuts, was cost effective, any exposed piping looked good, explained the process and we passed inspection with flying colors. Shoshanna and Brandi who are in the office are great as well. While these Plumbers might be slightly more expensive then others in the area, the few extra bucks are well worth it (you get what you pay for) and if you want reliability and the job done right the first time, this is the company to use! Would hire and contract only with them without question!!
