Gilbert was super professional and great at explaining the different issues our plumbing was having. We had three different issues and I feared it would've been too many at once, but Gilbert was patient and thorough and made the whole process easygoing. I could tell that he was really meticulous to detail. Even though it's an extra step, he put on boot liners before entering our home every time and I really appreciated that.

Gilbert was creative and tried to find new ways to give us a more functional shower handle than our old one, despite our very old pipes and systems. I'm now looking forward to showers again the quality of his work is impeccable! thanks Gilbert!

The guys who arrive come early (!!), they are fast, will talk to you about decisions first, and clean up after themselves. The billing is online and easy to pay and the invoices are broken down with nothing hidden. 100% A+.
