Most incompetent service I've ever delt with our HOA had them come out for a failed sump pump and the flooding of two garages . They came out and removed the sump pump but did not come back for their Friday appointment nor did they return calls Friday , Saturday, Sunday . Monday nights storm flooded both garages at 3 a m found everything stored was damaged . Now have to contact a water mediation service .

Our upstairs shower leaked through the ceiling downstairs. Not an emergency as it was our guest bathroom and we opened up the ceiling already. Someone came out at a time convenient for me and they were very professional, thorough and clean (covered their shoes and cleaned up the area afterwards). Overall a great experience and will be using again.

First of all being a single mom, finding services such as plumbing, car maintenance is daunting especially for women. I fear, anyway, being taken advantage of because we come off being naive (even if we know the speciality) because we're women. I was referred to SCPF and Erik came out and was absolutely fantastic, very comforting and assuring without being condescending. So helpful. I cannot recommend this company more. I hope I don't offend anyone by my experiences, apologies otherwise. I want to thank y'all for everything (and the work hasn't even started yet, and I'm thankful) for treating me with respect!!

SC Pipefitters did a WONDERFUL job on my master bathroom remodel unexpected plumbing project. During demo we discovered the need for plumbing work. Raphael answered my call right away and was able to send out a crew the next business day. They were quickly able to correct the issues that were uncovered and were very courteous and clean. Once all tile and other work was complete I called to set up a return visit to install angle stops and all new plumbing fixtures. They were able to come back quickly and were right on time and quick. Thank you SC Pipefitters for your professionalism and GREAT work! It's very hard to find these days so it is much appreciated!

I have used Rafael and the SC Pipe Fitters team for various plumbing issues since purchasing a fixer upper home 4 years ago.

The Santa Cruz Pipe Fitters team is more than competent in helping with any residential plumbing needs. I have had new plumbing lines, hot water tanks, new water booster pump, showers, water softener, toilets and more installed... The best part is, all of these continuously work perfect.

The SC Pipe Fitter Team is competent, punctual and communicative. I'd personally hire and fire based upon these qualities and Rafael and his team blow it out of the water on these traits.

This is not the first time Raphael and his crew have saved me. This time I had a leak on an inlet pipe of a tankless water heater and texted Raphael Monday evening. He responded Tuesday morning and sent someone out. I had to head to work and when I returned the leak was fixed, everything was put back together, the pilot light was light and the hot water was flowing! It pays to take deep breathe realize that we are so lucky to have running water, and lucky to have solid plumbing pro's to solve the problem. (I forgot to mention I tried to solve the leak myself, no dice)

What a joke. Totally unprofessional. Called Rafael told him the problem and sent him a photo via text which he said he received. Needed to check the schedule and would get back to me. NOT!!!!! I sent several texts and left several phone messages but never heard back from him. Finally, days later he sent a text saying not able to serve all customers. Yes, I was a previous customer. So unprofessional.

I am having serious issues with Rafael. He is not responsive, and does not seem to care about me as a customer. I could write out the whole story, but this is enough for now. If and when my problem is resolved, I will remove this review.
No calls for over a week... so-
The On-Demand hot water heater he installed makes a noise that I cannot live with. At first he kinda blew me off, but with persistence, this is what his solution was...Now I don't
see a place to add a picture. so...white box unit on side of my house with pink-purple-ish padding stuck behind it...not trimmed, not symmetrical, a real slop job...amd it does not change the annoying sound

We have used this company once before with great success! Earlier last week we had both toilets and showers back up. We called them first. The answering machine said press ""1"" for non-emergency or to make an appointment. It said for emergencies press either ""2"" or ""3"" and leave a message. I pressed 2 and left a message. NEVER heard back. Tried calling again and pressed 3 and was not even able to leave a message. Ended up going with another company. Was surprised that we never heard back from SC Pipe Fitters.
