The current president of Sansone Air Conditioning is David Sansone.
Sansone has been a family-run business since its start in Massachusetts, continuing under Robert Sansone (David's father) when he moved to South Florida in 1976.
The third generation of the family, including David, Nick, Bonnie, Scott, and Mary-Jo, now owns the business.

Paid 250 for expedited service no return calls and no a/c for six days so far I have called once every day Bought unit in 2019 new 8,000

The AC Technician was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He arrived on time and worked efficiently to diagnose and address the problem with the HVAC unit. The company also sent me a text message which allowed me to track the Technician so I knew exactly when he would arrive and wasn't stuck at home waiting. Great company providing great service!

I have been using Sansone since my father was alive. He originally contracted with them over 10 years ago. In September 2022, I had Sansone come out to repair my outside unit. They determined the ten year old unit was beyond repair and advised me to replace. Of course, I could have shopped around, and apparently should have, but I used them based on the previous ten years business dealings. I proceeded to way overpay for an AC unit to cool my small 2 bedroom condo to the point of $5300. They blamed supply line shortages for the high cost. Whatever. Now they have been out three times to repair the NEW unit. The last time they responded they advised me of needing a $900 leak pressure test and most likely new copper lines upwards of an additional $2900. All out of my pocket cause they did not put in the original lines. Oh did I say , the tech that came out said most likely the new unit has a much higher pressure status than the old which would have caused the leaks. But, they never mentioned this when I bought their $$$ unit.

Great. Customer service. Just installed a unit in Sept. and they came on a Friday and installed in on. Saturday. ( the next day). If I have an issue. They are. Just a phone call away.

My experience with my ac unit has been horrible. Sansone put in the unit about 3 years ago, on Thanksgiving no less it froze, I contacted them had a service rep come out and after about an hour he advised I needed a part which he did not have on his truck. I was told someone would call within the day to advise of when they would have the part and when it would be installed. Well after several days of calling I finally got a representative that is communicative with me regarding my unit. It is still not fixed and according to the last call the will need to pick up the part maybe today or tomorrow and then they will call for the appointment to fix. Really, SF in November and it is still hot as heck and it's almost a week without an ac! I replaced my old unit to this after 25 years and it never left me in a hot house. This unit York, I would stay away from!!

this company's guys are kind, but kind doesn't do the trick to having a happy and fully functioning ac system. 4 Visits in 10 days and they keep cleaning the line so they say. replacement a circuit board with a temporary to get the unit working that was nice. they were supposed to come back that next day. then they said it wouldn't happen until after the weekend. system broke down the night before. the house hit 82 and no one could sleep. replaced the part and he said system needed a cleaning. wait that's what the 1st guy said he did. a few days later here we are again system busted again. needs a cleaning. oh when he said it was working , but its air out for the blower sucks. the system is worst than ever and I can't get a manager to call me back. another appointment is scheduled, maybe one of the repair people knows how to fix something . terrible, just terrible why to treat people.

I called Sansone a/c making an appointment to check and service my a/c system since I needed a new and more reliable company to maintain it. The technician Matt M. came and checked the whole system and did a thorough exam on it. He found a couple of small issues and fixed them. He flushed the drain pipe and replaced an older UV light placing it in a better position within the air handler so as to kill any mold before it starts. I had an air filtration unit added also for fresher air in my home. Overall I was very pleased with the quick response to my call, the excellent work of technician Matt and Sansone a/c. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants excellent a/c services.

I highly recommend this business. It was a wonderful experience with customer service and the installation of the WiFi thermostat.

BE FORWARNED! This company misleadingly sells you a 1 year contract and when you ask them to come look at your new equipment that is in excellent working condition, they still want to charge you for doing nothing. Seems like a scheme to get business.

They are the worst greedy people! They are scam artist! Bought the Carrier AC unit for $8000 from them, order new grills it took three months fast forward five years drain clogged line $97 for diagnosis, $175 for repair than he does t tell you they will not charge or waive the charge $97 if they repair it, instead he tells you you can pay $150 for annual maintenance instead of $175! BAM!!!!! You take the bite than they sent you invoice than you realize instead of paying $78 you paid $242!!!! I called in to correct it and they just make it difficult saying he already performed maintenance, when I said as part of depair he checked temperature and refrigerant pressure, tjey said no thats part of maintenance!!!! Read it yourself below from their tecnician; Unit off on float switch due to a clogged drain line. Placed vacuum on outside line and blew thru with dry nitrogen, checked temps and refrigerant pressures. Unit is back up and running cooling good. Recommend maintenance plan. Any conditions considered to be pre-existing are excluded from this agreement.
