fantastic service. Sunday afternoon a/ c unit broke. within 20 minutes of calling, technician (Mitchel) was knocking at the door. very pleasant professional who within ten minutes had identified and fixed a broken capacitor. couldn't have been nicer. highly recommend this company. I will always use them from this point on.

My AC unit stopped working and I called Sansone. The tech came out and told me that air handler fan had stopped working. The AC unit is only 3 years old so the part was covered under warranty. The repair was over 1300 dollars. I questioned it but was told that was the going rate. I had them fix it as I felt like I didn't have a choice. Two days later the unit stopped again, I called them again they came out and now said the coil and valve were the issue. Again, parts were under warranty but repair was going to be over 3k. They then did the high pressure sales pitch to sell me a new unit. I called another company, and the unit was repaired for 800 dollars. This company will pressure you and prey on your situation. Avoid them at all costs. They are truly a predatory company!!

We had just moved into our condo and within the first week our a/c stopped working. We called Sansone A/C and within 24 hours they had replaced our entire a/c system. The installers were efficient and respectful of our home. They removed the old unit and cleaned up when they were done. The warranty that comes with the new system is amazing as we had researched other companies and this was the best value for the price. We highly recommend Sansone for any and all a/c issues.

Beware of this company! Their service technicians get paid on commission! On the reco of 2 friends, I called them unit stopped working. They came out quickly and got the unit working and proceeded to tell me it would not last another week. Gave me a quote for new unit, which I later found out was almost double what another company would charge. When they failed to make proper arrangements with the building, as they promised they would, the install had to be delayed. As a result, I decided to cancel the install. Called another company who told me that the unit was in perfect working order and DID NOT need to be replaced.

My experiences with Sansone have been excellent. They contact me when maintenance is needed and educate me every time they are here. Everything is in good hands with Sansone and their yearly contract is very reasonable.

In January, a technician from Sansone came and completed a diagnostic visit, and provided a quote for just under $600 for coil cleaning. I scheduled an appointment for the coil cleaning for March 15. The technician showed up wanting to complete another diagnostic for $89. I told him the appointment was made for the coil cleaning based on a previous diagnostic. He said he couldn't do the cleaning so I asked him to contact the company for someone to come out to complete the cleaning. He contacted the company and came back with a quote for $1100!! I called the company to discuss my concerns with the service and doubling of price for the service and was left on hold for 15 minutes. Sansone has lost a loyal customer of over 10 years and I will tell everyone about the appalling service.

This is second time I have used Sansone to replace an air conditioning system. Service Tech Cody identified problem with the original system and made recommendations for a new system. The price was excellent and installation arranged for the next day. Installers arrived on time, were polite and professional, and despite some unknown issues and significant thunderstorms got the system in, up and running. Without question I would use Sansone again (in fact I will for another house needing a system). EVERYONE is eager to help; pricing is reasonable and service fantastic. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!!!!!

Who wants to call a plumber? Sansone/Red Rooter had really good reviews so I gave them a call for a leak in my shower cabinet. They were great! Nice, nice people in the office, prompt online scheduling, courtesy notification when the tech was on the way. And Oscar's now my main plumbing superstar. Couldn't have found a friendlier, more professional guy. Job was done in less than an hour. Oscar cleaned up before he left. All of this for less money than I expected. Will definitely, positively, absolutely use again.

We paid this company their annual fee to have our AC checked or do repairs if needed. We had a problem with our AC, water flowing into the drain pan causing the unit to automatically turn off and all they told us was to change our AC unit. Our unit is not that old (6 years). We called them almost everyday because they never fixed the problem. They keep sending someone who never really helped solve the issue. I think it's their tactic to do that so you'd give up and replace it with a brand new unit. They were so quick to give us a quote. They're NO AC technicians or experts, they're sales people! Their incompetency is unbelievable. We called our friend who's a contractor and recommended his AC guy who fixed our AC for very little money and weeks have passed, the pan is still dry. Someone from Sansone called us a week later asking for an update and we told them that we hired someone else to fix our AC and this company never apologized. Can you, Sansone, just refund us our money since you're pretty useless with your service? People, think again before dealing with this company. What's the point of paying for a service if they don't want to properly service the unit and just want to sell you a new unit or expensive parts. It's honestly a waste of money. You're better off getting an independent AC repair guy. We are not renewing or subscribing to this company ever again. They're losing a (unhappy unsatisfied) customer and we will also tell all our friends and family about our experience with Sansone.
