When does the alarm go off on the septic system.... why 1 a.m., of course !! Again, I called for help at 8 a.m., and within 1/2 hour, I knew help would be on the way. Chuck and Adam helped in a pinch. Having been educated on the same issue in the past by Adam, we knew what to do. We have used this company for over 25 years. Fabulous service. Called Sanitary about a year ago to come clean the tank at a property I own in N. Ridgeville. Showed up on time, did a great job and charged a fair price. Called again this morning to request a possible septic tank repair. Got Chuck on the phone and had an experience one doesn't often have when requesting a service. Chuck was polite, fairly funny and more importantly, honest, and very knowledgeable and helpful in educating me. After I described my needs, he explained how I could do things myself if I feel energetic and ambitious. Additionally, he gave me ballpark numbers that guarantee I will call him again if ambition fails me.
