These folks replaced the water heater for our radiant heat system. Most other plumbers that I called were not that helpful or didn't seem terribly interested in the job. These folks called me back, worked us into an already busy winter schedule during a pandemic, did a great job, explained everything clearly, and even taught me things that I didn't even know about my heating system.

The estimate and final price were very reasonable. They sorted the original setup we had beyond just replacing the heater, including the surrounding plumbing as well. They were always looking for ways to do things economically, I think we can all appreciate that.

Everyone was kind and careful enough for me during COVID-19, which I also really appreciated.

We were in need of a plumber after we had new countertops and a kitchen sink installed. Steve at Sanitary Plumbing and Heating was great. Very prompt at return and follow-up calls. Jeremy is who came to the house, and he was very friendly. Not only did he get the job done, he was very determined to correct some plumbing that was done incorrectly when our home was built 14 years ago. He was careful to place protection between his tools and our hardwood floor, and didn't leave any mess behind. I would definitely recommend their services.
