This company has been installing the plumbing in my new sub-division for the last three years with the same gentleman doing the work. This man is very familiar with my wife and I as we were the second house sold. Today that man almost ran my wife off of the street as she was riding her bike on the loosely graveled road that is being repaved. His disregard to her safety and right of way as well as his laughing at her as he passed her is incomprehensible. I demand that he come to our house and apologize to my wife or we will call the police and report him.

Had a clog issue in our our drainage to the septic which my handy husband could not pin point . Every other company wouldn't come out on the same day. Sanitary plumbing came within 11\2 hours . Greg and his helper were efficient and courteous. Resolved our issue quickly and efficiently. We thought the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend them .

Sanitary plumbing did work on our church where we had a water leak. We had paid a lot of money to another plumbing company to repair the leak and it started leaking again. Sanitary plumbing' techs went in and found the problem and repaired it in about 30 minutes. They explained why the other repair didn't work. They made sure that the water inside was flowing full again. I recommend them to anyone. Their customer service was great also.

Sanitary Plumbing was supposed to fix a slow drain for me. I was not there and left them a key. They said they snaked the drain. When they left they said the problem was fixed. The drain was exactly as it was before they came. Water sitting in the drain. I called to talk to them and was told the plumber who did the work was out and would call me the next day. I never got a call back. They charged $110 and did nothing. I had another plumber out to fix the problem. I would stay far away from Sanitary Plumbing. Dishonest!!!!!

I really cant review their work, but the professionalism is lacking. I called them more than a week ago to schedule a plumber at my house for an emergency. I was told one would be there in a couple of days. 2 days later I called to ask when they would be coming I was told that they didn't know, she didn't do the scheduling. I called later that day and I asked if she could ask her boss what time they would be there.Rachel said """"we are going to take care of you but we are trying to take care of everyone before the Hurricane arrives"""". The Hurricane hadn't even hit Cuba yet, and also never hit Coastal Ga, but that was the excuse they used. They never showed up and never answered any calls or emails asking when they would be there. I called, emailed and messaged on facebook and never got a reply. I finally call another company who sent one the same day. I would not recommend if you have an emergency
