Shane Sanford is an incredibly friendly, caring, honest and knowledgeable plumber. He has been to my home several times and has done an amazing job each time.
Last week, someone was walking past my home and smelled gas near the meter.
Thankfully they called SoCal Gas who came out and checked the meter, fixed their end of the situation, then turned the gas off and said I needed to call a plumber.
Of course, I called Shane and he came out immediately. Shane spent several hours in the rain fixing the gas leak ... replacing parts, etc.. I also like that he explained everything to me so I could understand what he was going to be doing.
When finished, he called for them to turn gas back on for me. He made me promise to call him when they came. It's very comforting knowing that he can be trusted to do a great job, his pricing is totally reasonable, and that he cares.

There is nothing worse than coming home to water leaking from your ceiling! That's what happened so we called Sanford Plumbing. Shane was able to come over after completing the job he was at and assess the situation. The leak was identified quickly and contained. Shane also made recommendations for our other toilets to prevent this from happening again. Stanford's pricing is very competitive and a great value for the extra work done at a late hour.

I usually don't write reviews, but I needed my drain snaked in my bathroom, and my friend recommended this plumbing business. I rent out a room with a bunch of women, and this service was needed. I was pleasantly surprised with the owner; he was punctual, professional, friendly, and personable. It was a quick job, but it was worth every penny! I had never seen anyone snake a drain, and I was shocked! I asked him to take a picture; he was friendly and didn't mind. Again, thank you so much! We have called Sanford on a few small jobs and the response was always fast and efficient. So we decided to get some remodel work done on our kids' bathroom.
1. got and set a new toilet for us
2. replaced our shower valves, handles and shower head
3. re-routed our plumbing for a new vanity and installed it professionally.

The price quoted was the price paid, he was on time, cleaned up and we had the work done in the amount of time he promised.

I wish all the trades I worked with were this capable! Cannot recommend them enough.

I was very impressed with Sanford plumbing services. I had a clogged line leading to my kitchen sink. I called him and they came and snaked it out. Everything was working perfectly afterwards.. I've also had him reset the toilet, and that was done perfectly as well. Shane does great work, and is a charismatic person as well. He also shut up on time when he said he would.
