I suffered through many years of backed up toilets overflowing wash machines. I spent several thousand of dollars over the last five or six years to various plumbers trying to fix a reoccurring problem. Each plumber told me that I would not have anymore problems with the overflows. When the toilet overflowed again I got fed up called Stanford and sons and was somewhat rude on the phone because I was fed up with plumbers in general and ask them what they could do. They were actually polite during my rampage and told me they would send someone out to take a look at no charge at the problem. The owner himself called me and told me exactly what the problem was exactly how to fix it exactly what it would cost he showed me photos of the problem area and assured me it will be the last time I had a problem. Today I feel 100% secure that the problem is finally been fixed. I do not usually give recommendations but I believe this company deserves a five star rating and I highly recommend them to anybody that has a problem with their plumbing and is tired of paying the $200 to $300 for a plumber to come out and do a half assed job. Brandon nailed (soldered) it again! Great business to have on your side. Brandon came out to do a repair on a outdoor spigot on a short notice. I like everything Sanford and Son Plumbing has to offer. I highly recommend this company. Excellent quality as well as work ethics. Thank you to all of the staff!

Sanford & Son Plumbing was sent out to my home through my home warranty. I was a little hesitant using a random plumber that I hadn't used before. But it turned out to be a great choice. I would recommend this company to my family and friends for sure. They treated me great, they showed up to my home on time and even early once, which I greatly appreciated. The plumber, I believe his name was James, was incredible, very knowledgeable, polite, respectable and down to earth. His customer service was impeccable. He went completely out of his way and above and beyond to take care of my plumbing issue. He also took care of all the dealings with my home warranty. He was defiantly on my side as opposed to most companies that are sent out by the home warranty which just want to do what's best for the home warranty company and not the home owner. I just can't say enough good things about James and Sanford & Son Plumbing. If you ever have a plumbing issue I would call Sanford & Son Plumbing in a heartbeat. And if you can request the plumber to deal with your issue, I'd highly recommend James.

Contacted my Home Warranty Office late Wednesday afternoon. Sanford and Son Plumbing was at my door 0900 Thursday morning. Brandon, and Andy were exceptionally courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a leak under my kitchen sink that was a nightmare, too many connections; i.e., disposal, APEC Reverse Osmosis Water System with additional connection to refrigerator ice maker, drinking water faucet, etc. Brandon modified ,reduced and simplified the connections under the sink, and stopped the LEAKs!!! Superior customer service, exceptional plumber skills, and work ethic. Cleaned up the work area, and explained in detail the modifications to the system. I highly recommend Sanford and Son Plumbing, and especially Brandon (Supervisor) for all of your plumbing needs. Brandon and Andy represent Sanford and Son in a very favorable manner, and they are a valuable asset to Sanford and Son Plumbing.

I called my insurance company and they came out and couldn't do anything for me. So Sanford and son plumbing came out and James did a fantastic job he was very thorough he let me know what he was going to do before he did it he also give me a quote well really an instrument how much it would be and it was very fair so if anyone has a plumbing issue please reach out to Sanford and son plumbing and James did a great job

If I could give 0 Stars I would. My Home Warranty company sent out Sanford & Sons for my water heater that isn't heating up last Sunday. 5 visits and one week later my hot water is still not heating up!!! The tech called the manufacturer of my water heater and was told that he set the temp too high, could not go over 120 degrees, so he turned it down. Next day ...still no hot water, so they send out another tech who says the temp was too low and turns it up!!!! They noted on their work order that I turned it down below the setting that they had it on! I called back saying this needs to be addressed, never got a call back! I called back the following day and the lady who I spent 20 minutes on the phone with yesterday, Valerie, acts like she has no idea who I am and says I need to take this up with the Home Warranty. No, I need her to have her guy come out and document this properly. She says she can't help, so I asked to speak to Cherilynn the supervisor. I am told she is not in and will call me later, but they can't guarantee it will be today.
Follow up, I had Craftsman Plumbing come out, arrived within an hour and guess what? Sanford and Sons had mixed up 2 wires!!!! My family took cold showers for a week and had these jokers out 5 times and they couldn't figure it out.
SANFORD AND SONS IS A JOKE - DO NOT USE!

We made contact with this company after receiving some services and estimate to repair our main hot water line leak from another large corporate plumbing company. Their estimate was in the high thousands of dollars. I received 3 more estimates from local plumbing companies. I appreciated Sanford and Son getting back to me quickly and with very competitive estimate in regards to other local companies AND was thousands less than original corporate plumbing company outrageous estimate. I made appointment, they kept appointment time, even with me changing it last minute. Couldn't have had a better first meeting with them. Showed them other estimates and he was very appalled by the large company trying to absolutely rip us off...we agreed on a reasonable price, they went right out for parts, started work same day and finished within 3 hours. Couldn't have been happier with customer service, repair and amount of service which was 7 times lower than large Corp prices. Will recommend to everyone I know and will not hesitate to call Sanford and Son again

Had appointment for 9-10am. Plumber called and said he was busy with a job because was a bit more difficult than expected and he would be a couple hours late. I was fine with that and glad he contacted me and didn't leave me at home waiting wondering what happened. He called later and apologized for keeping me waiting and advised me that he is on his way. He showed up very professional and friendly. Showed him our leak in our shower. Shower valves all have to be replaced and asked permission to cut through wall. I gave him permission to do what ever makes the job easier for him. Turns out pipes were old metal and gave him and his tools a good fight but he kept calm and completed the job and cleaned up area. After he completed job he showed me how to remove knobs for shower so i can patch up wall. Very happy with this company and i will use them again for other house with drainage problems. Highly recommend using them. Other companies i contacted gave me the run around and wanted a arm and leg for the job at least $600 but this job was completed for $300

Great work!!! Yesterday, we had a scheduled appt for our plumbing between 12pm -2pm. These guys were at my home by 12:05pm. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They fixed my problem and provided us suggestions on how to avoid it from happening again. We'll definitely call them if needed in the future.

This is the 2nd time I have used Sanford and Son Plumbing. He is honest and gets the job done in a timely manner.
I called yesterday for a leaky water valve in the laundry room, he came out within a couple hours and fixed the problem this morning. The finished product looks great..
He is fair with his pricing and I would recommend him to anyone.
