Where to begin! We just bought a house and the next day had some backup and flooding in our first floor. I called Sanford and Son Plumbing due to a blockage in our sewer going from the house to the street. Sanford himself showed up and examined the line with his camera. Within 30 minutes he quickly identified the source... a tree root in the line. Ugh! We had actually no flow to the street and we were in an extremely bad spot without the ability to flush toilets or even use showers. Sanford willingly moved appointments around in their schedule to accommodate. It was an all day job digging up in very tough ground with tree roots galore. By the end of the day they had identified a collapsed line with severe tree root issue invading the line.

Sanford was honest, helpful and hard working throughout the process... ensuring our family that they would have us going by the end of the day. He gave multiple options to resolve the issues, which I also appreciated.

Sanford even followed up the next day to ensure we had a good night and things were working well. This level of service is sometimes hard to find these days. I can't say enough good about the work they did. Very much noticed and appreciated. Hire these guys right away if you have issues; you won't be disappointed.

We wouldn't use anyone else. We have called Sanford and Son several times (leaky pipe, replace the water heater....). The work is excellent, they are fantastic to work with, and they are extremely reasonable. This morning my mom called because they have a leaky pipe. I can't wait for them to meet Sanford and Son! I can't recommend this company enough.

New Years day my place was backed up and we couldn't use the bathroom..My wife was irritated so I started calling, called 3 first the the Ramona Plumber directed to me to these guys and recommended them highly. After speaking with them they said it would be up to and hour but were here in ten minutes. Had me up and running in about 15 min. and my wife was happy. Great service and employees!!!

Friendly, helpful, polite and willing to do more that was was needed to make sure we were happy. Lowered the cost when it was found that less work was required. And, as a bonus, we got new toilets at the same time and when we found one was constantly running Sanford came by and fixed it!

We had a leak in the downstairs bathroom and thought we were going to have to replace some of the plumbing. We called Sanford and he arrived with his son, right in the window of time he gave us when I called. He explained the situation to us, and told us that if we were handy, we could fix this problem ourselves! He explained what to do and saved us hundreds of dollars! That's extraordinary customer care. Sanford and Sons is awesome! I called them at 10:30, they were at my house in 20 mins and quoted me a great price when I explained my problem. They didn't mess around, they just got right to work and fixed the issue ASAP. I highly recommend this company. They even educated me on what to do with future plumbing issues. Wonderful company! 4th of July morning the toilets were backed up and with a house full of guests I was freaking out. Called every plumber in Ramona, no one answered. Ended up calling a place out in Escondido, but they couldn't come out until that afternoon....I received a call back from Sanford and Son Plumbing and within the hour Sanford showed up. He was friendly and profesional which helped ease the stress of morning. He cleared the lines and took the time to discover the cause for the back up...I liked the fact that while he was troubleshooting he talked us through what he was doing.
