We have had trouble with the high-efficiency gas burner Sandri installed. Even though we have a service contract, we were charged $450 for a service call that did NOT fix the burner, and then were told we needed a $700 part (plus installation labor) to MAYBE fix the burner. When we balked at that, we were told that the burner was too old and that we should replace the burner. I am having Sandri and another company quote a replacement cost, but am inclined to drop Sandri altogether for their poor and expensive service.

they took all my information, credit card, tel number, made appt time and day- then I waited and waited- they did not show up at all- I called, was told guy was out sick and other in ""training"" no apologies, rude unprofessional

We discovered after normal business hours Thursday that we had no hot water. Every interaction we had with Sandri, from Kathy who took our after hours call and got us set up for first thing in the morning, to the office person who called us at 7:32 a.m., our service tech (Avi?) who showed up at 8:30, and our new water heater that showed up with another great service tech later that morning - it was really seamless and perfect. We had hot water by about 1:00 if not earlier. Great job everyone! Renee and Harry Keramidas

called Sandri to service my propane generator. A few months ago they had a big splash in the advertising that they had acquired the company that installed this unit so I called and got an appointment well over a month in advance. I have 1 weekday off and schedule the things I need to do during a ""normal"" workday. When I got this appointment I rescheduled the other things I had on that day because getting this generator up and running is very important. On the day scheduled the office person called 10 minutes AFTER the scheduled time and said they needed to reschedule. Got another appointment on a day of the week that I work with the understanding that it was as early as possible (I ended up with a 10:30 appointment) and let my work know I'd be late but would be in by noon. My dog will only let people in if I am here to let them in. After that she's fine. I waited until 11:15 with no calls and no service techs showing up. Left and went to work. It's after 6 and I'm home. I don't think they ever showed up. No message on either phone, no note on the door, nothing. How does a company get so important that they can disrespect their customers in such a blatant way? I will find another company. I will never suggest this company for anyone to use. They used to be a very good, reputable company but no more.

As I write this I am in bed and the house is over 90 degrees in the middle of winter. It was going like that all day while we were at work, using up who knows how much oil and doing whatever damage to the system. A technician made a mistake with some installation and I came home to a house that was super hot. Then I sat out in the cold then in my car for an hour and a half waiting for this company to respond. What upsets me is the way they handled the situation. Up until now they did a decent job but today was a bumbling fumble.

I gave 1 star because I have to at least give a star... They aren't even deserve Negtive 5 stars.... Terrible service! They kept sending wrong person to my house and did not right. I used about 2 months to deal with them! And most important, the heating system has not not been fixed!!! Incredibly awful! Don't give them business and you will thank me!

Just called Sandri for a fill up on my 1,000 gallon propane tank that I own. They quoted me $2.49 per gallon. I got quotes from others for $1.59 per gallon. How can such a large company like Sandri not be competitive on price? Consider this scenario. You need a fill up in your car and one station is charging $1.59 and a station across the street is charging $2.49 for the same gas. No brainer on which one you are going to buy from. Sandri is a bandit! .

In all fairness, I need to add that the manager called us and apologized for all the problems. A technician came the next week and cleaned the furnace for free.

Further information on Sandri. When I had the geothermal system maintenance done in 2014, we found that Sandri had put in a regular furnace filter and not the filter that the system required. It was further confirmation that Sandri did not put sufficient time into this very expensive job.
