Highly recommend Sandoval's Plimbing--not related. He is responsive and keeps you updated if he is running behind-which is important to me because who wants to sit around all day and wait. Fixed showers handle and installed a new kitchen faucet. $250-300. And all seems to be working great.

After my own completely failed attempt to clear a bathtub drain by myself over the course of an hour, we called Sandoval Plumbing, and Eduardo showed up very quickly and promptly at the time agreed upon. The clog ended up being very difficult to clear and required an extensive amount of effort and time due to it ultimately being very far down the piping in a 100 year old building, which has the type of pipe connections which weren't designed to be easily rodded out, as modern pipe installations are. I've gotten this feedback on the state of our old pipes from every plumber who has worked at our house, even on very simple jobs.

Since it wasn't determinable how big of job this was going to be from the start, I didn't know what the final price was going to be. As Eduardo spent more and more time battling our old pipes, very large dollar signs were going through my head at how much this was going to cost based on my past experiences with other plumbing companies. When he gave me the final price I was very pleasantly surprised by how extremely reasonable and fair the cost was. Additionally, I was impressed with Edwardo's personability and dedication at getting our job done.

Eddie is THE BEST! Context, I'm a former plumber and didn't have my tools. Eddie (owner operator) not only showed up on time as promised, but his work is truly A1. He could have hacked my issue many different ways as most plumbers do. He didn't! He did it the right way and his craftsmanship is top notch. On top of that he's super professional and friendly. Wouldn't recommend another plumber in Chicago!

These reviews do not lie! This past Sunday after doing multiple loads of laundry back to back water started to come out of our basement shower. We called Sandoval Plumbing and Eddie answered right away, however, we decided to wait until the next day. Then comes Monday morning at about 5:30 am it started pouring rain and that is when our minor issue became a HUGE problem. Water was overflowing from our shower then it started to come out of the toilet after the shower was clogged. It was a total mess and we reached out to Eddie again close to 7 am and he called back within 20 mins. Eddie provided us with an ETA, arrived on time and called us when he was on his way. Once he arrived he took a look and knew what he had to do. Our main line was backed up and needed rodding. On top of that our sump pump also needed to be changed since it was older and no longer working. He provided recommendations of what replacement parts were needed and we went to purchase them while he started rodding. Eddie is extremely knowledgeable with 25 years of experience. He took his time to explain to me what the problem was and it was definitely helpful. He was done in about 3 hrs and price is reasonable. I will definitely be using him in the future and highly recommend anyone who needs plumbing services.

I live in a very, very old building with radiator heat. Typically, radiators run hot. However, I had been having problems with mine not working efficiently and leaking. Eduardo came and did an inspection and laid out the problems with each of my radiators. He knew right away what issues needed to be fixed. On the day he came to fix them, I was surprised how little time it took him, but he did a thorough job and made sure that I was satisfied. He really knows his way around the old radiators and his prices are very reasonable. He's a knowledgeable plumber and he is very concerned that you are happy with your service. I have peace of mind knowing that I have the name and number of a skilled plumber like Eduardo who won't rip me off and will do an excellent job.
