I contacted Jason about my water heater leaking late Wednesday afternoon. He was patient and concise while walking me through how to turn it off. He originally estimated he would be able to fix it by Monday at the latest but would be willing to squeeze the repair in if his schedule allowed.

Unsure what was causing noise when we turned on the water in the kitchen or bathrooms, we contacted Jason at Sanderson Plumbing. After describing the issue over the phone and providing him with photos of the household water pressure regulator, he was able to provide us with an easy to follow, step-by-step solution. Following his instructions, we made his prescribed adjustment to the regulator and the noise went away. We appreciate Jason for his assistance with this cost-saving step. He was very professional and eager to help us resolve the issue. Not all plumbing problems can be resolved in this fashion over the phone, but we will most definitely contact him if ever we experience another plumbing matter in the future.
