Water heater disaster. Sanderson Plumbing was recommended to me. They returned my call quickly (even though it was late in the day), patiently walked me through the steps of draining the water heater, etc. and promised to replace the water heater first thing in the morning. Jason was on time, professional and extremely efficient. 'Definitely will recommend!

Jason (I believe he's the owner) came to my house. I had talked to him over the phone and explained to him that I believed I needed a new water heater because my current one was leaking. When he arrived he didn't even bother to check my water heater he immediately starting unloading the new one off his van. I asked him if he was going to take a look at it so he can at least tell me what went wrong with it. When talking to him, I felt like he was in a hurry and didn't really give me that customer satisfaction. I asked him where his company gets their new water heaters from and his response was ""From our warehouse"". I looked up his business after he left and he doesn't have a warehouse. His business is registered to his private home address. He did install my new water heater but I felt like he did everything fast and rushed. He's also messy, he was going to install my new water heater in the same spot where the old one was where there was a small water puddle and debris without cleaning it! I had to stop him and tell him to wait until I cleaned it. HE ALSO INSTALLS WATER HEATERS WITHOUT PULLING A NORTH LAS VEGAS PERMIT (As you should in North Las Vegas). He should at least tell you and let you make that decision if you want a permit or not. Seems like he doesn't everything quick and takes the easy way. He installs it without disclosing that to you. The minute he seemed rushed I should of fired him but I wanted to give him the benefit of doubt. His customer service sucks and I will definitely not be using him again.

Fixed our broken water heater & toilet in less than 2 hrs.. 10/10 service and super efficient. You can tell they work hard at what they do. Jason was my guy he was more than awesome!

This guy is outstanding, I feel very lucky to have found him. I had another plumber do some work on my water heater and he made a mess he could not fix. Sanderson came in and fixed it in 30 minutes for a very reasonable fee. I won't call anyone else for future plumbing needs.

First of all, I never write reviews.. but this company is 100% worth it!!

I called a few other companies and each of them wanted to charge me for something I did not need. Sanderson came out, told me what I needed which was 80% less than what I had diagnosed. An all-day job was fixed in 30 minutes.
They could have easily charged me for what I had diagnosed and expected. But they were HONEST!!

Not the best job! I was watching what he was doing and he didn't like that very much. Now that he has gone, I know why. Shoddy job. I had to question a few things he was doing and he did fix them, however, after doing another bathroom, my new plumber explained everything to me and now I know that Sanderson did the bare minimum. Quite frankly, it leaves me worried. Also, not cheap. He knew I needed a plumber quickly and he gouged me - horribly. I suspect a lot of family and friends on the other reviews - he just wasn't good!

Jason and his son are very respectful and know their business. They knew what to do make my modern kitchen faucet work for my counter issue.
Also made time to change out my garbage disposal on my day off.

I'm changing my review because we had pipes burst within 2 months of install and now again a leak today. While the owner did offer to pay for fittings if I paid for pipes I don't think we should be having pipes burst or leak less than 2 years installed. Owner said sorry ...out of warranty...if you don't like the deal conversation is over. Blamed on manufacturers defect. I think perhaps his young son shouldn't have done the install of our newly purchased home. If you look it up...PVC pipes should last decades unless poorly installed. I feel taken advantage of and shorted. I need this whole thing replumbed correctly so I can have peace of mind which was what I was hoping for the 1st time around.
