Not the best job! I was watching what he was doing and he didn't like that very much. Now that he has gone, I know why. Shoddy job. I had to question a few things he was doing and he did fix them, however, after doing another bathroom, my new plumber explained everything to me and now I know that Sanderson did the bare minimum. Quite frankly, it leaves me worried. Also, not cheap. He knew I needed a plumber quickly and he gouged me - horribly. I suspect a lot of family and friends on the other reviews - he just wasn't good!

Jason and his son are very respectful and know their business. They knew what to do make my modern kitchen faucet work for my counter issue.
Also made time to change out my garbage disposal on my day off.

I'm changing my review because we had pipes burst within 2 months of install and now again a leak today. While the owner did offer to pay for fittings if I paid for pipes I don't think we should be having pipes burst or leak less than 2 years installed. Owner said sorry ...out of warranty...if you don't like the deal conversation is over. Blamed on manufacturers defect. I think perhaps his young son shouldn't have done the install of our newly purchased home. If you look it up...PVC pipes should last decades unless poorly installed. I feel taken advantage of and shorted. I need this whole thing replumbed correctly so I can have peace of mind which was what I was hoping for the 1st time around.

Just drove into Las Vegas last night to take care of my sick Dad only to discover that the water heater not functioning. Jason walked me through getting the pilot lit on the phone. This unit will definitely need replacing, but I WAS able to get the pilot lit and we were back in business with hot water! We will definitely be using Sanderson to repair pr replace this existing hot water heater as soon as we get my Dad's medical needs settled. Thank you Jason, you're a lifesaver literally!

I have been working with Sanderson Plumbing for over a year. I have been impressed with the professionalism and the quality of work that has been provided.
I recently had a new hot water tank and recirculation pump replaced in our home and again very impressed with the quality of the work and the quality of the new products. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Water heater problem, called Sanderson Plumbing and they were at my house in 3 hours. Wow, very professional, experienced, polite, hustled and got the new water heater installed in minimal time. We've experienced other plumbing company's in the Vegas Valley and always hope to get quality work at a fair price. Sanderson is the BEST COMPANY, by far! Jason is the owner/operator of Sanderson plumbing in Vegas. I had an issue with an upstairs bathtub and called him on a Friday and he communicated back two times that same day! He came out early Saturday morning and had the issue identified and fixed immediately. Sanderson/Jason communicates and is reasonable to work with even on a Saturday morning! I would highly recommend this company to all and I plan to use him for all my future plumbing needs!

First and foremost I wanted to say how professional they are. We decided to use them for my parents house and their house was built in the 60s possibly 50s with extremely old plumbing system. Jason came over to fix a leak and turns out there was another major leak. He was nice enough to give my parents options to help them save money. My parents are on a fixed income so they can't afford a lot. Needless to say.. Jason fixed everything at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Sanderson Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. They're quick, efficient and very affordable. You know they're honest and they're not there to gouge you with all the bs and hidden fees. Thank you guys!
