Billy D. was here on time, and did a thorough check of my gas heater system. He suggested i need one or two more carbon monoxide detectors in my home, as well, which i will get done ASAP. He was polite and courteous and informative. He was patient with our yappy dog that i had to move to the back of the house; sorry about that. She is not dangerous, just loud. i joined the Sanders Care program, so this visit was free. i believe this is a good value, especially since my home is older and in need of frequent assistance in taking care of it to keep us safe.

Little Rock, ar. We had a water leak. d
Dillon came out, found it, dug it up and fixed it. He said we needed to replace the line and gave us an estimate of 2500. we had another leak, a different tech came out. The leak was obvious but he seemed a bit upset he had to dig. We asked him to fix the leak and we would replace the line. He asked me if I had any fittings, then said he couldn't fix it. He looked up the estimate and got very animated about the estimate saying it was too low and it would be at least 4 or 5 k just to dig the line and they would not honor it. We had just got the bill from the guy who dug a 300 ft 3 ft deep line for underground electrical for my son and the charge was 1400, water line is less than 200 ft at 18 inches so i really thought he was exaggerating. New estimate came in at 6800. Unbelievable. Called another company and they did it for 2500. Savings of 4300.

We have a leaking booster pump for better water pressure in our garage. Started leaking so we called Sanders. The plumber they sent, who supposedly had 20 years experience, told us it was not the pump but a misplaced overflow tube from our tankless water heater. He moved the tube back into position. Cost us $157. This was in July. We called again in October because the pump was still leaking (overflow tube properly placed). They sent the same guy. He was still not convinced the pump was leaking even though the water was clearly coming from the pump head where the seal is. And when we bypass it, the leaking stops. Cost us another $157. Said he'd price a new pump. Office would call. Waited 4 days and called the office. No idea what I was talking about. They would check with the plumber. That was a week ago.... I've got a new guy (NOT SANDERS) coming to install a new pump shortly.

I have had Sanders do plumbing repairs in the past but this was the first time that I asked them for HVAC repairs. Imagine my surprise that in the midst of this severe heat, they were able to schedule a service appointment the same day that I called. When Jayden arrived, after putting in a long day prior to coming to our home, he diagnosed and made the needed repairs in a very short time. In my opinion, he went above and beyond what was required. He cleaned the outside unit and he added refrigerant. Then he double checked all of the vents with a thermometer to make sure that they were cooling properly. The cost was, again, in my opinion, very reasonable. If I ever need HVAC service in the future, I am going to request Jayden.

This was one of 7 plumber's we called to get an estimate. 3 of them called us back, Sanders was one of them and they did actually come out several days later to give us an estimate. However 7 days after first calling them and three days after having someone show up, still no estimate. I even called them to check on it and still no estimate. I saw them on a top 10 list of plumbers in the area. If they are in the top 10 that should say something about the state of plumbing companies in my area of service

Worked me in on a Friday morning. Very quite fix and friendly technician. Cleaned up afterwards and was out of the house in plenty of time before i had to go to work.

Our apartment's A/C unit finally bit the dust and Sanders came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, and reinstalled a new system. Through few hiccups, Sanders took care of us every step of the way. They also supplied a window unit for the few days we were without working A/C. Thank you to Zack, John, Craig, and a special thank you to Jay S. for going above and beyond throughout this process! He was very responsive and made everything right for us in the crazy summer heat! We are so thankful to have experienced such fantastic customer service!

Exact thing commented by Damon C. is still happening in 2020. The company doesn't take responsibility for their mistake. We had to call another plumber to fix it. We don't recommend this company.

Came on time, fixed everything I called about. Also found several things other things that need to be addressed. I have used Sanders in the past and have always been happy.

The Good: showed up early, worked hard, extremely polite, fixed original leak, fair price...
The Bad: Admitted to causing another leak by accident or faulty existing pipe when he tightening it and did not offer to fix it. Just basically said I would have to go buy the part on my own and fix it. Didn't even offer to which I thought was odd....
