I initially had a very positive impression of this company, but then the company failed to honor their service date. On the scheduled date of the service, they claimed they had a problem with their truck, and was supposed to let me know when they would be able to come by. I never heard from anyone, even after repeated calls and texts. Seemed like they just wanted to bail on proving me any service and didn't have the professional decency to simply cancel the job. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior!

Had a problem with our septic tank at night (wasn't an emergency)...Marc had no problem helping us troubleshoot over the phone (for about an hour), then came out first thing in the morning. We had a few problems, but he and Casey were able to find and fix everything! Even helped me make a sprinkler repair and get everything back to clean and normal. GREAT guys! And we had a few laughs and a good hang. Very easy to talk to, and really listens. My wife and I highly recommend Sanco. They care about what they do like we wish every business did. Good guys, and very knowledgeable!

OMG!!! Lifesaver! I was in a bind and needed a septic inspection and pump ASAP in order to close escrow on time! I called Marc on Tuesday afternoon, he showed up on Thursday at 6am. The tank ended up being 6ft down but he got the job done! We were able to close escrow on Friday!!! Thank you so much, Marc!! You will definitely be my first call next time.

I made an appointment with this company, he said he would be there between 8 - 12noon. I took off work to stay home to wait for him.
He never showed, he never called, and he never answered his phone!
I couldn't even leave a message for him because his voicemail was full!
On top of all that, my toilet has been flooding my home for 2 days now, septic sewage is everywhere and my 2 year old son is walking around. I can't use the water, can't take a shower, can't use the laundry while towels soaked in sewage cover the bathroom floors.

This guy doesn't even bother to text me that he can't make it, so I can at least call someone else...
I definitely wouldn't recommend this company EVER!

Wow, seriously some of the best customer service I've received, PERIOD. Marc is a true professional and went way above and beyond for me. I couldn't be happier with his customer service. Not to mention, they are the most affordable when compared to any of the other similar local companies. Job well done Marc!!

Called Marc at 9:00pm he asked if this was an emergency or if it could wait till morning? Morning was fine, he showed up at 7:00 am, found the tank in 15 minutes. Dug it up, pumped the tank and was finished and had the place cleaned up within an hour. It didn't look like he was ever there.

Called SANCO a couple days ago to ask for an appointment for today. They arrived on time early this morning. They were quick and affordable and very professional. I not only used them once today but also for a second escrow too. I will CERTAINLY use them in the future and recommend them to all my REALTOR friends.

Gave a call to Sanco to have our septic tank pumped, the tank was full but not an emergency. Marc asked if first thing in the morning was OK and it was. Fair price quoted over the phone. The next morning he and his helper showed up, went right to work and got done in about 30 minutes. Will use again when needed.

No show. No call. Nasty SOB. We scheduled an appointment and were given a 2 hour window. Twenty minutes after the end of the window, we called for an update. Were curtly told that they were on an emergency call, wouldn't be coming and for us to ""find someone else"". Don't use this company if you want friendly and reliable service. No excuse for this.

Sewer lift stations came with our house. I hadn't even heard of one and didn't know anything about them. Thankfully Marc at SanCo was referred to us. He was very patient in explaining our system but more importantly explained what needed to be done to make it work better. We found out later that the house had a history of sewer problems. Marc ran into several obstacles along the way but successfully worked through them all. Our system now operates without a hitch and we have Marc to thank for having the tenacity, knowledge and experience. SanCo is the only company we'll call in the future.
