Technician was rude, made condescending comments and continued to upsell after being asked to stop trying to sell me on other services and what service was necessary at this very moment. Technician made another condescending comment and I asked him to leave my home. He initially hesitated as if he wanted to be confrontational and then left after being told a second time. I will NEVER use this company or their services again. Also, this is a horrible reflection of the company, as the technician is also the owner. Attempted to support a small business, but this one was a complete and utter failure!!!
Jami E.I had 3 different plumbing issues. Not only did they arrive in a timely manner, but also showed up early. All issues were taken care of quickly. He had all equipment needed on his truck. When the time came to pay the bill, it was a great deal. Very reasonable price. I found him to be very professional & helpful. I was educated on how to avoid further issues. Not only will I be using Sancho Services again, but will be referring them to friends & family. I would like to thank Sancho Services for their professional & friendly services.
Believe others who have taken the time to warn you. Don't. Even. Not only is he very late, he's not certified to work on tankless hot water heaters.
If you have AHS, he gets paid a "service fee" to "diagnose" your tankless problem. He only "fixes" by replacing and since the water was running, the tankless was working. Not approved to work on tankless. Unbelievable!
BTW - I fixed it. Problem: I'd purchased a new shower head. New shower heads come with a flow restrictor to conserve water. A tankless system needs pressure to ignite. Solved: I removed the flow restrictor and was back in a hot shower.
Jim W.Very happy with Sancho Services they were a dispatch from my home warranty company. They responded quickly, showed up on time and took care of my issue. Very easy to work with!
Meredith D.I have had an issue with my spare bathroom since purchasing the house. I have had the contractor who remolded and another plumber come out and neither was able to fix the issue. While the water leaked into my living room from the tub I contacted my home warranty who sent out Sancho. The plumber they sent took the time to explain everything in detail and also fixed the issue. We can finally shower/bath in my spare bathroom with out creating a pool in my living room. I am so thankful for their kind, hard working and intelligent plumber Jamie.
Buyer beware of this company(Sancho Services aka SOS) another American Home Shield contractor. This is a horrible company. They lied to me when they came out. I called because I had two leaky faucets and a leaking toilet. It took them a week to set up an appointment to come out. They sent a guy who alledgedly was a plumber, before he looked at my toilet, he said it sounds like excessive force was used on my toilet and he was recommending the warranty company not pay for repairs. He said he couldn't repair my faucets because he was just there to diagnose my problems and that he would be back once he ordered all the parts whenever the parts were in. They sent a different guy out 10 days later. This guy stated he had no knowledge of any parts ordered and said he would go the truck to see if he had any. He came back in and jumped on top of my vanity counter feet first with all of his weight and began jerking on the faucet with a pair of pliers. I asked him to get down as this was damaging my vanity. He then stated that would not do the work and left. This is a shady unprofessional business that works with American Home Shield Warranty Company. They don't have the proper tools to do the work. All the companies that work with American Home Shield are shady unprofessional contractors that I was very skeptical about letting them in my home because of their appearance. They look like panhandlers. American Home Shield contracts with these companies without verifying their credentials. The problem is American Home Shield.
Tamika L.I did not heed the warning posted on here when I called my home warranty company American Shield for a leak in my ceiling. They are very unprofessional, rude, and did not resolve the issue or clearly identify the issue. I just wanted them out of my house as soon as possible. They then proceeded to leave the installation on my front lawn and never notified me that it was there. If you can, do not let this company seevice your home for any reason.
Monica M.If you use American Home Sheild, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! request a different one. I set up a service request and was waiting for them to call me to set up an appointment to come out. I finally had to call AHS to find out why they haven't called and the receptionist lied to AHS saying she spoke with me yesterday and I cancelled. Lies. Call SAP, so much better and faster service!
Called out for hot water heater through AHW and was out and fixed same day.
Sancho was able to fix in 30 minutes what took another plumbing company 4 weeks to never get fixed. I would highly recommend them. They also explained everything that was done and tested while on site.
Doug D.If you are using a American Home Shield and they set you up with this service, immediately request a new company. Read the reviews on this company they are 100% true (kids in the background, no answer, no call backs, lying, etc)
Upon getting matched with Sancho Services, I received a call from the company saying they would like to schedule an appointment the following day. I asked what time and was told she would give me a call at 8 am tomorrow morning, since she gathers all of the service calls and then distributes for the day. I thought that was a bit weird but was ok with it. I then received an email that my service was scheduled between 9-1pm. This too I thought was weird since we did not discuss a time. I assume they do it to have the appearance they are setting up appointments.
The following day I received no call at 8 am, and I attempted to call 3-4 times between 8-9 am with no answer. The left a message on an automated VM at 9:18. I preceded to call back at 10:14 (no answer) and finally at 11:24 she answered. I asked what the status was and she said she would find out and call me back. Guess what, she didn't. I called again at 11:24 and she said she would send the plumber out after his next stop and she would call as soon as he is on his way. Guess what, she didn't. Finally, at 2:58pm I called her back asking where the plumber was, and she told me there was a family emergency and he never came in today..... ERRRRRRRGGG!! She lied the entire day and I wasted a vacation day sitting at home. I could have gone back to work.
