The week before Christmas I had my tub and shower backing up. I had a couple of other plumbers out to try and clear my drain with no luck. Each of those plumbers told me I needed to repipe my bathrooms. I did not have the money to repipe so I called Sanchez Plumbing. Antonio and one other guy came out and I figured he would try to sell me on a repipe right away. Antonio was great he talked me through the process of what he was going to do and if that did not work what his next step would be. After some investigation Antonio had found some roots had gotten into the pipes causing the backup. After leaving to go get the parts he needed he returned and was able to finish the job that night. I now feel that I have a plumber I can trust to call on in the future.

Wow! What great service. Last winter our sewage clogged, badly! Antonio and team came and worked into the evening two nights and got it done. They updated our system with an accessible, new cleanout. Then last night, the sewage started to clog again. Antonio came out first thing in the morning and saved us again. Thanks to the company's service and the foresight into that cleanout. And we're not even talking about price, which was more than reasonable. Thanks SPS and Antonio.

Called and they were able to come out right away. Young man that showed up was polite and friendly, seemed knowledgeable of what he was doing and explained what was needed. Our main line was clogged and needed to be snaked. It was not as simple as they had originally thought but he worked at it and was able to get the job done. Appreciated that even Antonio came out to make sure the job was done well. I will be using their services again.

I can't say enough how great these guys are. Had a mainline blockage which comes from an older house with older pipes. Tony and Jose came out within 2 hours and after some intense snaking and camera work, found the blockage and cleared it. Great job, definitely recommend!!

My main line was backed up on Sunday night and called Sanchez Plumbing on Monday. They were able to get someone to come to my home within an hour and snaked the line. They are very professional and cleaned up after themselves. After placing back the toilet, then even placed a new wax and sealed it up. Thanks guys!

Called Sanchez Plumbing to come out and fix our sink. Spoke to Antonio and he was willing to come out within an hour but we ended up having to reschedule for the following day. He kept me updated on his arrival time and when he did do the job it was great! Would totally recommend him!

I called Sanchez Plumbing about a water hammer issue we have been battling. Antonio took the time to speak in depth with me about the issue over the phone asking all of the pertinent questions. He's the 5th plumber to come out and at this point we were exhausted with the issue and getting nowhere with it. He offered to come and do an inspection and provide a free estimate which was very much appreciated after getting nowhere with the other plumbers. He arrived on time for the appointment on the next day with an assistant and explored all areas of concern while explaining in detail what he observed and heard. He was incredibly knowledgable and spoke in terms I could understand. He approached the issue with the intention of solving it, not racing to get out of my home and collecting a check. He provided me with what he felt would be the best solution and cost for the job, but he also gave me the worst case scenario which is what every homeowner wants. Who wants surprises?!

I'm so pleased we found Antonio. A good plumber is so hard to come by these days.

recently bought a water softener from home depot and needed a professional to install.

got some recommendations, found some on yelp and started making calls. sanchez plumbing was one of the first to call back and came the SAME DAY to give me an estimate.

ultimately, 1 other plumbing company contacted me back but their quote was much higher than sanchez so of course i went with sanchez.

again, they quickly setup a schedule to install the system the next day. they contacted me beforehand to confirm the appt and their plumber contacted again that he was on his way. their plumber worked quickly and cleanly, had the system installed and running in about 4 hours.

near the end of the installation, one of the owners dropped by and explained to me what was done and some simple instructions on how to use the system.

its been about a 10 days and i haven't noticed any problems or leaks anywhere, the only thing i noticed is great, soft water!

paid the invoice after the work was done, there was no hidden fees or costs, just what i was quoted. i requested a copy of the invoice by email and it was sent a couple hours later after the work was done.

glad to have found a local, family business! excellent communication, price and work. would highly recommend and thx to fellow yelpers for helping find and go with sanchez.

hopefully wont have any plumbing problems but if i do, i know who to call!
