He did a great job of actually looking at the plumbing problem area, explaining what has to be done to fix it, and provide the cost estimate of the work. This positive Yelp review from me is long overdue for the guys at Sanchez Plumbing.

With his level of effort to the job, from examining to actually fixing the problem, it was still way below the other 3 plumbers that had provided me a quote. The other three plumbers didn't even look at the problem and provided a ridiculous number, which I was not comfortable with. One of the guy even quoted me $150 just so he can use the video camera to ""find"" the problem, not the actual cost of fix it.

Antonio fixed the problem, saved me $$, and communicated very well. I have referred him to some of my colleagues and will continue to call Sanchez Plumbing for future plumbing problems.

These are truly the people to call when you need plumbing done right the first time. Called to make get an estimation and spoke to Vanessa she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to get someome out to my home the next day. Definitely going to use them for any future help.

The week before Christmas I had my tub and shower backing up. I had a couple of other plumbers out to try and clear my drain with no luck. Each of those plumbers told me I needed to repipe my bathrooms. I did not have the money to repipe so I called Sanchez Plumbing. Antonio and one other guy came out and I figured he would try to sell me on a repipe right away. Antonio was great he talked me through the process of what he was going to do and if that did not work what his next step would be. After some investigation Antonio had found some roots had gotten into the pipes causing the backup. After leaving to go get the parts he needed he returned and was able to finish the job that night. I now feel that I have a plumber I can trust to call on in the future.

Wow! What great service. Last winter our sewage clogged, badly! Antonio and team came and worked into the evening two nights and got it done. They updated our system with an accessible, new cleanout. Then last night, the sewage started to clog again. Antonio came out first thing in the morning and saved us again. Thanks to the company's service and the foresight into that cleanout. And we're not even talking about price, which was more than reasonable. Thanks SPS and Antonio.

Called and they were able to come out right away. Young man that showed up was polite and friendly, seemed knowledgeable of what he was doing and explained what was needed. Our main line was clogged and needed to be snaked. It was not as simple as they had originally thought but he worked at it and was able to get the job done. Appreciated that even Antonio came out to make sure the job was done well. I will be using their services again.
