E Blake W.After multiple calls, someone came to correct a leaking toilet by resetting it with a new wax ring. He left without hooking the water supply line back up to the toilet and turning shut off valve back on. I reconnected the water supply line but was unable to turn the valve back on. After unreturned phone calls and emails over several days, I had someone else come to properly finish the job and get my toilet usable once again.
