Used this company through home warranty. It took nearly three weeks to replace a water heater - they canceled multiple times and pushed back weeks+. Ended up not finishing the job, and I hired someone else to finish it.

They also constantly tried to refer their friends for other work.

We had our home water softener system go out and got in contact with Chad, who was extremely professional and responsive to come out to our home And replace our water softener. He showed up and quickly got to work while also explaining and walking us through how the process works of the water softener replacement. Chad answered all of our questions, which I will say was a lot of questions! He was very polite, professional, and respectful to our home. We are very fortunate to have met Chad and had the opportunity for him to work on our home and will make sure that any future plumbing needed he is going to be our go to guy! we have been waiting over a month after they destroyed our bathrooms to where we only have one toilet and no showers for over a month that they also did without talking to our insurence first so we have been stuck taking sink showers and fighting just to get news on what's happening and my grandmother now has an infection in her leg because she cannot wash herself so I would not use this company they have also been dodging our calls
