I had a previous positive review, but after the phone call I just had with the office, I need to rethink my recommendation. I have a home built in 1980. I had to tear out all the tile and wallboard due to a LOT of mold. Prior to putting cement board, waterproofing, tile, and fixtures up, I would've loved to have a single plumber to ensure everything is up to code.

I couldn't seem to get across to this lady that I have a gutted bathroom that NEEDS replaced and I NEED to ensure the plumbing is correct, but even saying I was willing to pay to have all the plumbing in A bathroom replaced wasn't enough to get her to send A plumber to provide an estimate. So much for having one decent plumber in the SV.

HUGE RAVE for San Pedro Plumbing! Discovered hot water heater leaking badly yesterday (Sunday), called 8 a.m. today scheduled an appointment for tomorrow at 7:30 a.m. Receptionist was friendly, professional & apologetic for not being able to take care of issue today due to being booked up with other customers. We filled up water buckets & prepared to do without running water until tomorrow, hey we are roughing it! At 2:45 p.m. today, the plumber is at our door and by 3:30 the repairs are made! Highly recommend San Pedro Plumbing for their consideration, professionalism, reasonable pricing & great work!! HUGE RAVE!!!

Very pleased with the work done. Bill replaced the garbage disposal. He gave me the instructions booklet, told me about the Reset button (we had no idea there is one) AND showed me how to use the self-service wrenchette! Good, reliable company.

They installed our kitchen sink,faucets, and disposal in April and now in June the disposal fell off the sink.............Flooded the kitchen, water in the cabinets(They are new) and their response is they can't send anyone till tomorrow since they are finished work for the day at 3:30pm.....WOW....Great customer service.....NOT EVEN ..... First poor installation obviously......then can not repair till tomorrow so we have no kitchen sink today.......I do not recommend this company,small locally owned incompetent business....take your business elsewhere.......

I normally can do the small plumbing things. The easy peasy stuff. However, this time changing out a leaky toilet shut off valve had the best of me after 3 hours. It was time to find a professional. These guys are great. The lady on the phone was helpful and I was very lucky that they had a plumber who could help me out. In no time he had the issue with the recalcitrant shut valve solved. Older houses have coarser threads and my new shut off valve wasn't a good match. Live and learn. And even better was the fact that it didn't cost an arm and leg for an emergency call. These guys are at the top of my list for any future plumbing issues.

I needed help, toilet and shower backed up. Made the call asked if it was possible to get someone that day. It was; a very polite plumber came fixed problem, explained the problem. Nasty as this problem was the price was bargain.

Their work is fine but after waiting for a week for an appointment to install my kitchen sink, they left before the job was complete. The contractor doing my kitchen remodel prepped the area so they would have good access to the areas and save them a little time but even with that and before the sink was plumbed in, they told my contractor they didn't estimate enough time for the job and left without installing my sink. They told us we would have to schedule another appointment. They also left the crawl space under the house exposed.
