We have a sizeable front curtain that had a bracket fail, coming off the plaster wall. Norman was very responsive. He did an inspection and gave me the breakdown of the construction of the wall, the complications, and why the bracket failed. He ended up recommending to replace the system (which would not be through him). I appreciate the thoroughness and honesty. Norman also gave enough education on my wall construction so that I am far better informed on any new work.

Norman and Ray were amazingly helpful in troubleshooting two issues we had with our kitchen. We thought we needed to install a gas shutoff valve for our gas range, and water shutoff for our refrigerator, but they were able to troubleshoot the issues over the phone. Anybody else would have charged us to do some needless work, but these gentlemen were wonderful in explaining what we really needed. They have a loyal customer for life.

Norman is amazing. My 5 year old disposer stopped working and I had thought I needed to get it replaced. So I ordered all of the parts and had a plumber come out and assess. That plumber, from a well known local company, quoted me the most ridiculous price for what would likely amount to be a 30 min job for him. Luckily, a friend mentioned Norman to me a few weeks ago- she was happy with his work so I reached out to her for his info. I am so glad I connected with him! Norman walked me through some troubleshooting to help me diagnose the issue with my disposer. He was amazing. He methodically explained every step to me one by one- it was detailed explanation almost like he was standing right next to me. Together, we were able to figure out what was happening with the disposer and he was effective in his communication that as a rookie first timer, I was able to safely ensure power to the disposer, nothing was stuck in the disposer, unlock the disposer, get the disposer to work and then testing to make sure everything else down the line is clear and not leaking. WAYYYY better service than any plumber ever in my book. And even better? I offered to pay for his time and Norman declined. He was just happy that I got everything to work!!! Amazing. I will for sure be using Norman's services again without hesitation.

Norman was very helpful and informative about our ceiling water leak situation. He provided thoughtful recommendations to let us choose where/if we should spend money on. He also came in and inspected our ceiling and bathroom floor thoroughly , told us nothing to worry without any charge.

Norman and Ray are an excellent team. Our front door became very difficult to open, so Ray came out the day after Norman checked out the door. Nice results; we can open and shut the door without shoulder butting it open.

Derek was attentive from start to finish, from helping me with the design process, to brainstorming ideas with me, to incorporating my last minute changes. He was always on time and communicative on the phone. Would definitely hire Derek again for other jobs and couldn't be more pleased with our finished backyard!
