Came out the day I called, and replaced my water tank the same day! Took the time to teach my 17 year old son how wells operate. Even quoted a higher price than actual bill. Great business!

Great customer service. Erick was helpful and explained to us what he was doing, why, and other things to look for with our issue. He fixed our problem same day very quickly.

Professional from the start of our first conversation. Thank you Dave for the service, Jacob &Rudy for the customer relations. The two really nailed the pump install and cleaned the area.

Recently bought several hundred feet of SCH 120 DROP PIPE and accepted the delivery on faith without taking a good look at it (big mistake). As it was being installed, I quickly realized that they sold us the WORST STOCK that they had. Many of the pieces were SEVERELY KNICKED with deep questionable gouges on the outer wall. All of the pieces had hard-to-remove strips of messy fibrous packing tape stuck on them - perfect places for mold and bacteria to grow while inside the well. I felt sick and ripped off. A friend from the water company thought that San Luis had purchased a whole bunch of cheap B-stock pipe in this horrible condition for discounted price from their wholesaler. All I know is that I paid full price for pipe in horrible condition; many of the sections couldn't even be considered salvage. San Luis should have taken responsibility to deal with their own left-over substandard pipe instead of selling it for full price to customers.
