Frank, B.No call back. Then had to call back the next day only to wait on hold for 10 minutes. This was our main company for for issues. Now it is not.
Tom M.I called San Jose Plumbing because they installed my water heater. I was told over the phone that I needed to call the manufacturer with the part number which needed to be replaced. What!!!! Where am I supposed to get the part number?
I called them back again and they sent someone out only to be told that I needed to call the manufacturer with the part number and have them install it.
Where is the help from San Jose Plumbing??? No where!!! There was absolutely NO help. They did not even give me the part number.
