Excellent service; on time budget friendly and very nice people! We had a leaky toilet and within 24 hours the toilet was replaced (it was very old)!

We had an issue with cold water mixing into our hot water line. Worked with San Jose Plumbing and Adam to figure out where the problem was. He explained what was happening and thought that the mixer in one of the shower handles needed to be replaced. We ended up replacing the mixer in one shower and the entire faucet system in the second shower (the faucet was so old that parts weren't available anymore). That still didn't fix the problem. We also have a recirculating pump. One of their other plumbers even crawled under the house and checked all the lines and connections to make sure that was okay. It was finally determined that a gate in the pipeline had malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. Adam was very understanding of our situation (we could only take warm showers and only for a few minutes) and patiently explained all that they were looking for and what they were going to try. Their method seemed logical and made sense.

Adam was great. He said he wasn't going to give up until he found the problem - and he didn't. I would definitely call them next time i have a plumbing issue or question.

My faucets and PRV were squeaking since a month. I had called a plumber to take a look earlier and he recommended replacing the PRV. For $500!!

Then I remembered that San Jose Plumbing's Kevin had installed it about 6 years back. I gave them a call and explained the issue and asked them to quote me for changing the PRV. Kevin came to take a look. He said the PRV does not need to be changed.

Just a few turns of thread and the squeaking stopped. Just asked me for $20 for his effort to drive down and make a customer satisfied, which I gladly gave. These guys know their stuff and how!

I was impressed with them 6 years back and am extremely pleased with their professionalism and honesty.

Quality Affordable Service

Our kitchen sink line was clogged. Kevin ""snaked"" the line to unblock the clog which turned out to be a lot of sludge that built up in the pipes. He then replaced the old faulty tubing with a new tubular drain system.

It was obvious he was experienced, and - in fact - told me he has over 30 years plumbing experience. If you're looking for high-quality exceptional service, I highly recommend San Jose Plumbing (especially if you request Kevin).

They do all plumbing repairs and at an affordable fair price - and more importantly, they stand by their work. Don't take a chance elsewhere, recommend using San Jose Plumbing.

I had a toilet leak and San Jose Plumbing Inc came out and tightened the bolt under the tank ""charged over $150.00"" - 2 weeks later the same issue - they came out again and said it was fixed ???
Now 2 days later my toilet bowl does not fill up ?

I called San Jose Plumbing a couple of days ago to replace my kitchen faucet and soap soap dispenser. Kevin did fantastic job and did some extra work as well! They are very professional and honest as well as reasonable.

When it comes to water, gas, and sanitation related services, most of us deal with issues as they arise especially when immediate emergency type of work is required. Identifying a trustworthy plumbing service is therefore the first critical step in the process to restore essential services back to normalcy, and getting this step wrong can lead to insurmountable problems later on.

While experiencing a significant water leak during an overall inconvenient state in the first of half of 2020, we were nevertheless fortunate to rely on a referral of an experienced neighbor, who is known to perform thorough analysis before engaging in any kind of home improvement or remediation type of project. With that in mind, we contacted San Jose Plumbing Services and the owner, Adam Garza, specifically who dropped by the next day to provide a complimentary estimate.

Out of six total estimates received (and yes, we had the luxury to compare services by temporarily shutting off affected water pipes) only one other company came close to San Jose Plumbing's total cost estimate. Moreover, Adam Garza is the type of relationship manager with hands on knowledge to guide clients in the decision making process. Besides the competitive estimates, industry accreditation and required licenses, San Jose Plumbing stands out in the way it deals with its clients. In the estimation phase, Adam invested the most time out of all service providers to perform a thorough walk-through while demonstrating extreme patience with all the questions which came up. He comes across knowledgeable, authentic and trustworthy, and when the decision was finally made after thorough analysis, San Jose Plumbing assigned two well rounded professional plumbers on site to conduct the work. You can tell that Adam and his firm are very selective in the type of professionals they employ.

Adam managed the project from start to finish managing customer expectations. The original water re-pipe estimates and work performed resulted in no surprises in that area although we did identify heavily corroded gas lines in the process. With PG&E unable to provide emergency services during these challenging times, we again chose to resume work with San Jose Plumbing as to mitigate the risk and the potential of a catastrophic event (i.e., a neighbor across the street comes to mind where the house had to be rebuilt following a four alarm fire in the not too distant past). This review is not meant to instill fear but rather to add on to our neighbor's first hand experience working with San Jose Plumbing and the team. Woke up last Thursday to find our front street flooded, a valve had failed and we were unable to shut off the main valve into the house, so shut it off at the street. They sent out Jose within hours who repaired the valve so we could have water in the house. Jose came back the next day and did a lovely job replacing sections of old failing galvanized pipe with copper into a lovely configuration to allow us a substantial main valve. He also replaced all of the old watering station valves that were failing with new ones and installed a new shut off valve to the stations up front. I was told by a previous plumber some time ago that he wasn't interested in doing this work due to the age of the pipes, but Jose hung in there regardless of how frustrating it must have been and did a great job!
