Right before the holidays came in December 2015, had a clogged main drain. San jose Drain came to the rescue. They snaked the main drain and everything was working correctly. They were great guys. Came within 1hr of calling and helped me out. These guys are super friendly, straight forward and easy to communicate. This is his business so he really wants to makes sure I am happy as a customer. These guys are great. If you need any plumber. Definitely give these guys a call.

These guys are awesome! My garbage disposal was completely rusted out and needed to be changed for s new one. I called the company on a Sunday and left a voicemail. Within 10 mins, Giovanni called me back. He described exactly what would happen during the visit and gave me a flat fee quote right then for parts and labor. He and Sam texted me the next morning with a two hour interval for arrival, and they came within the window. They were very nice and courteous, took off their boots before entering my house, and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I would definitely recommend them for plumbing repair jobs.

Sam and Giovanni were great. Communication was great from the moment I first called about my broken water heater. They normally don't start work until 10am but Sam offered to come by early and start draining my water heater just to get things going and speed up the process. Great service. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again the next time I need plumbing services.

While I didn't use their service, I called San Jose Drain and Main today about getting a water heater replaced. They quoted me a great price over the phone but couldn't meet my deadline (I'm a property manager and had a to replace it ASAP). Sam went out of his way to not only tell me what price I should be looking at with other companies so I wasn't over charged, he also gave me another companies number knowing I wouldn't be over charged with them as well. Great customer service! Will definitely recommend

They came the same day we called (on a holiday even). They were a little behind the time quoted but texted to say they were running late. I was amazed at how quickly they fixed our drain issue. They were very professional, explained what had happened (which was nice to know the culprit) and polite. Would call again.

I contacted San Jose Drain and Main for a clogged shower drain and concerns I had regarding our garbage disposal and toilet. I called and let Giovanni know that I had a limited time that I would be available to be home for the appointment and was so happy when Giovanni worked with me to meet my availabilty. There are very few companies today that will work with their customers on setting appointments. Giovanni even arranged to come out earlier which really impressed me. Both Giovanni and Sam came to my home and they both remove their shoes before coming in the house. Giovanni went to work on the drain and Sam looked into the disposal and toilet issues. He advised me about both issues and what I needed to repair now and what could wait, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend San Jose Drain and Main for all your plumbing needs. I will definitely be using them again for my plumbing repairs.
