Rolando arrived ready to switch out my old flat screen with a new one. He finished that task under 30 minutes so I had him look at my vanity in the bathroom and he altered a piece of the wood so that the drawer would open correctly. I then asked him to check out my outdoor fence. He had to take the fence off and cut a piece off of the bottom so that it would close properly. He did a wonderful job and I am greatly appreciative of his effort and attitude.

I rarely make reviews like this for selfish reasons of not revealing my secrets, lol. But this gem of a find I have to really share!
With all the devastation from the recent winds and the threat of storms, (hearts go out to all that struggled and suffered losses in the fire and storms) it has really been frustrating, though understandably so, looking for contractors to fix various house work.
Rolando from San Dimas Handyman is an excellent help. I was obviously looking for someone close by, and Yelp didn't disappoint! I like the professionalism, the work ethic, and I am so thrilled that I finally found my go-to handyman. I contacted him the day before a storm hit to get my house ready and he was there as he promised the next day to fix my house problem. I was able to check his profile and found he does some electrical house work too and, without hesitation, looked at my problem lighting issue and started to work on it as well. It was a pretty confusing lighting fixture problem in my garage and driveway that I have had for years, and he was determined to fix it. Sure enough he did and my decade-old lighting problem was fixed! Rolando is a good neighbor, he understands the rudiments of house work and building it, and knows how a homeowner thinks and values time, money and taking care of our well earned investment. He is easy to get along, very humble and respectful, and gives me a very fair and justifiable price for his work, time and parts used. The short time he spent to work in my house earned him my business and friendship!

First start with showing up 20 mins late than the confirmed time which had been set one day before the installation date. Secondly, feel like this guy using language barrier as disguise to get customer confused and way overcharged. I was not planning to get my sink rubber seal changed for stopping leaking by him,but since he was there, after doing the job that the appointment set for, I asked him if he had a rubber seal at that moment for replacing the broken one. After checking the leaking area, he said I needed a new tube and a rubber seal so that got me questioning cuz the tube had been working fine. While I was thinking, he said it's gonna be cheap, just $20, I could go for the part and get it fixed, and I agreed. When he was on the leaking job, he even asked me to help him for getting the tube cut off by saying oh I didn't have the tools. Hello??? When the leaking job done he asked $100! I was surprised and questioning the charge. All the sudden, his English got back to normal with an attitude by saying I had to make a living and what you were expecting? I didn't expect the tricky move. Actually, if he said oh I'm sorry that there was a misunderstanding my bad and such. I would gladly hand him $100 without hesitation cuz I handle $20K property tax for years. Stay away from this despicable so called handyman!

I called on short notice to have a kitchen faucet replaced. San Dimas handyman came out, did a wonderful job. It wasn't as easy as I originally thought because the old faucet was rusted in place. He sawed it off, put in the new and the price was more than fair. Thank you so much!

I needed some tile repair work and only had one spare tile left, so it was important for me to hire someone who could be precise with the job. Rolando was exactly that, as well as timely, honest, and communicated well. He also ended up fixing a gate for me and helping diagnose a lighting issue. I found his pricing to be fair. Unreasonable clients? How's years of home ownership and many years of hiring contractors sub contractors handymen plumbers etc. your team by far is the worst. I couldn't have been more accommodating. Providing the tools to do your job, gifting a small refrigerator, offering water. No way people don't buy it. Don't hire this team.

I'm very blessed to get in contact with Rolando. I needed plumbing, drywall, tile, 4 piece tub installed, and subfloor work done. He does it all. You get both quality, and professionally work done by him at an affordable price. Rolando is a super busy man. He's in high demand. Schedule with him immediately unless you can wait at least a week or two. I like his work. He's a cool person. I will keep his contact information under my pillow. I give Rolando 6-STARS!!!
