Reasonable & transparent pricing for a professional job completed in an hour - the kitchen faucet is replaced and hooked up nicely with the garbage disposal, dish washer, and water filter (all housed in a very small space underneath the sink). Cleaned everything up after the job.

Ok at first and then turned not so good. Chris addressed a leak issue in the kitchen drain that was tricky to access. After cutting holes in the crawl space ceiling, they needed to access it from the outside of the condo wall. They patched the leak and I thought we were done with the problem. Two days later our kitchen sink is backing up with debris, dirty water etc.. to the point that the pipe under the sink burst open and flooded the kitchen floor. I called Chris twice, texted several times and finally he answered IN A TEXT with a very uncaring, hands off attitude. Telling me it sounds like there's a backup somewhere... Yeah -- you think?! He forwarded me some guy's name that could come ""snake"" drain and that guy couldn't get out to us. After telling Chris how unprofessional he was, he offered to come out and connect the pipe. I don't want anyone back in my house who clearly doesn't care. Come to find out by a 2nd plumbing company that same day, that there was a pipe, about 10 feet long that was sagging terribly, where all the water was settling and getting stuck, causing the backup. If Chris had just stuck his head into the hole that he had cut and further investigated, he would've seen this. He misdiagnosed the root cause of the issue to begin with. We are scheduled with another plumber to fix the actual cause of the problem now. San Diego's Finest Plumbing, NOT SO FINE.

Had the first appointment that was suddenly rescheduled in the time frame the appointment was for. That was super frustrating but okay things happen. We rescheduled for a few days later. Apparently another thing happened. That appointment got canceled, not rescheduled. My husband had to follow up the next day to see when to reschedule and we were told he could not fulfill his commitment to the appointment. What a waste of our time. We could have called several other companies but it was our fault for relying on this company.

Cris and his partner did a great job installing my kitchen sink and reading the stopper in my bathroom sink. He gave me a reasonable price and showed up on time. He flawlessly installed my kitchen sink with the garbage disposal. Also, he got some parts needed to reach the bathroom sink stopper. He provided me with a receipt for the parts he purchases which I reimbursed him for. Everything is working great ! I requested quotes from other people and Cris came up on top, he's honest and sticks to his word. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

They weren't able to do what we needed. Said his wife would call me. She never did. When I tried calling, no-one answered and it said they hadn't set up their voicemail yet. Somebody has got to get their act together.
