I needed a professional to install a walk-in tub. On Yelp I found 'San Diego Walk-In Tubs,' has a perfect name, they've been around a long time, have many pictures and reviews from satisfied customers. I am one of their newest, very happy customers. Jason met me for an in-home estimate. He has been prompt and friendly all the time. He presented pictures of various models and features, answered my questions, and had recommendations. And I needed the bathroom door opening widened and they did that too! I knew it involved a lot of work, but I decided to buy it 'installed.' Jason and his work crew took care of everything. It was done quickly, and they cleaned up the area every day. It's beautiful.

Today I had a representative, Jason Goodall, come to my condo to check out and fix a walk in tub. My tub manufacturer had gone bankrupt, so getting parts or someone who knew what to do was getting rare. Jason came in, inspected the unit inside and out looking for the problem. Then he asked about a breaker switch. I informed him I had done them all without success. He then asked for the breaker for the tub. That I didn't know. He went to the box, looked down saw the outlet and reset it. On came the tub. I did not know about that outlet. I offered to pay for his trouble and his gas to come here. His response was he liked helping the elderly. Yes, I'm old and a hurting vet, but no one was ever sympathetic to my needs. This man and great human being was and I'll never forget his professionalism or kindness.

I had a Walk In Tub installed a couple weeks ago for my Mom who is no longer able to take a bath or shower on her own. Jason Goodall was my installer and contractor. He and his team installed it in one day and were a pleasure to deal with.

My Mom is now able to sit in a bath and enjoy herself! She is 79 years old and has trouble walking. It is so wonderful to see her enjoying herself in the walk in tub. She never wants to get out!!

Installation has just been completed for my walk in tub, Jason and his crew were so professional and meticulous.i loved the Mobil showroom to try out the different models with my husband at our home.jason was so good with his recommendations for what would be good to help me with my paralysis from a stroke, yet be clean and sanitary during years of use..Jason also had a good design eye for choosing complimentary finishes to go with the existing paint and design in the room. He also bent over backwards to try to match my hardware finishes in the tub \showerand grab bars, that we're different from the standard sets that came with the tub packagejason's customer care was top notch. From the time we had a contract, Jason called each week or met with me. To provide updates or to check on the progress of the installation. Any call I made to him was returned that same day. They spent a bit of time protecting the wood floors during installation and most important ,all the workers going in and out of the house were careful not to let my un disciplined cats out by mistake..I can't wait to sit in the whirlpool and feel the therapeutic benefits of a warm soak again.they were clean tidy and vacuumed at the end of each workday.if anything they arrived a few minutes early on their scheduled workdays. I have no doubt that if I ever have a question or problem I could call Jason and it will be solved with no worries to me if you need a safer way to age in place, you won't go wrong, by contacting this company for information and ultimately deciding if a tub is right for your needs,I have friends lined up waiting to try out my tub

It was a pleasure working with Damien and Jason. I really appreciate their attention to every detail. Rick, a master of all trades, did an amazing job on the installation. I especially appreciated the fact that the price quoted was firm. No added extras, even though they ran into hidden problems with the size of my bathroom door. It required extra finishing and painting. They went over and above what was expected.

Jason and his team recently installed a walk-in tub for us. Soon after making our agreement, they scheduled, they came, they installed the tub and widened the bathroom doorway, they cleaned up each day, they protected our bedroom from dust. We couldn't ask for more. One precaution--choose your surrounding material carefully. I wished after that I had chosen a different one. But this is not the fault of the company.
