If I could give a negative star I would. I have never been so disrespected or poorly spoken to in my life. I am not sure how this person is still in business. We had major backup in our sewage that resulted in flooding in the house. By bidding on another company's business name affordable drains is how he stole our business. He and his brother came out to do a job and were very nice while here (minus the fact they were tracking water throughout my entire house and didn't offer to clean up). Their so called quality 175.00 Job lasted two days. I called them back two days later assuming that they could help again since we were having the same issues two days later and he proceeded to scream at me, telling me that he cleared our drains over a week ago and that it was not his problem this happened again. Proceeded to insist that I flushed something to make it clog again. He then asked to speak to the man of the house ( like that would make a difference) So Rude! Then continued to argue with me telling me I woke him up and should not have called so early. Honestly not sure how this person gets business by treating people this way. I would never recommend him.

I called this plumber for a leak. I personally felt he was rude and gruff. I guess that may be par for the course with plumbers....I don't know. But if someone is charging me $75/hr (or whatever it is) and are coming into my home, I would prefer they be courteous.

On a positive note, the leak was stopped and hasn't come back. I will try

I called to see about getting a backed up shower drain snaked out. But I sensed I was getting the run around and asked some questions about the services. The ""gentleman"" on the phone said he ""couldn't guarantee"" that it would only cost $110.00 and that he might have to ""upsell"" me into hydro-jetting the drain (for an additional $125) if snaking didn't work. I get a little squeamish when plumbers use sales language like ""upsell"".

I asked if he could skip the snake and just charge us $125 for the hydro jetting.
He said ""No No No...I can't do it. I'm gonna have to decline dowing business with you."" Click
