Nick came and saved me! Two other plumbers had failed to clear a blocked shower line and thought I would have to dig up and replace the line- one diagnosed a root completely blocking and breaking the pipe... but Nick quickly evaluated the situation & was able to clear the line from the roof vent as he suspected he would. Nick was great, responded right away I never had to talk to a secretary. I had clogged storm drains on the side of my home causing flooding near my pool equipment during the rainy season. Nick has super reasonable prices, great equipment and checks everything with a camera which came in handy because we had some wonky drain routes going to the street. He found all the problem spots and cleared them out. He was able to double check it with the camera and show me everything was clear so we feel really good about not having any more flooding this year. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Nick. He saved the day! He and his equipment are clean and presentable and he wore a mask. He has a friendly, professional and confident attitude even though he had to crawl under the house to access a makeshift cleanout. He Photographed the sewer line and told me what was happening the whole time as I watched on his screen. He located the plug and identified what was plugging it. He hydrojetted it, located the buried cleanout and marked it on the lawn, located the root intrusion and marked that on the lawn. He airdropped the video of the process and explained the elevations and lengths of different sections of the sewer line all in a very short time. His price was very reasonable.
