Nick and his crew are the real deal. These guys are awesome! We had a drainage emergency recently and a friend recommended them to me. Nick responded right away, they came to my house quickly and had the matter resolved in a timely manner. They were knowledgable, friendly and the service was affordable. All-in-all this was a great experience and I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family!

Michael and Kevin arrived when promised. They were so patient, kind and thorough and resolved our issues. Little things like wiping down the under sink area after cleaning and making sure to take the extra few minutes to test and make sure no leaks and all in order. I am so grateful. Anderson Plumbing was unable to snake my kitchen sink drain and they recommended hydro-jetting to clean out the sludge. I called Nick to get a second opinion. His crew was able to snake down through the kitchen vent pipe and clear the blockage. I'm very happy and highly recommend calling Nick.

Nick came out and hydro-jetted our main line 3 years ago and we had no problems. Recently, we noticed there may be a block and he came out again and did the same! Worth the money and he is really knowledgeable and professional. Do not use anyone else.

When a drain clogged and flooded into the suite below, we had a short window to find help and get back up and running before 7am the next day. SD Drain Krew was recommended by another company I've worked with before and Nick was very responsive and went out of his way to help! Ryan was extremely nice and helpful, he arrived early and quickly took care of our problems prior to the time Nick promised he would be here. Nick was recommended by another plumber to hydro jet my laundry drain pipe. I didn't realize that this type of service was in such high demand, especially during/after/still in the pandemic. Nick came out and accessed the issue. He asked a few questions and began doing his magic. He cleared out so much sludge (sand, debris, and whatever else) from the pipe that I literally had to shovel it into the trash. His prices are more than reasonable and the amount of knowledge he has is amazing. He even gave me a little breakdown of my pipes for the entire house just by visually looking at what I had. We've only been in this house for 3/4 years and this tidbit of information was extremely helpful.

Now my I have to do 2 weeks worth of laundry for a family of 4 to appease my wife.

It's 9 PM, I tell my 10 Yo son to take a shower and go to bed. He comes running out of the bathroom, ""Dad the showers not draining and it's overfilling."" Long story short, we are on septic and I knew it was clogged.

I had a friend who was a plumber and said he didn't have the equipment needed for this job and to call Drain Krew. I texted them that night, 30 seconds to a response and they were at my doorstep 7 AM the next day. Crazy. Nick had all the latest and greatest equipment, HD cameras etc.. 200 feet away I had tree roots which were causing the block. He fixed it, charge a more than fair price and we are back and running. My son stinks no more.

I instantly shared Nicks contact w/ all my buddies because you never know what will happen in the middle of the night and you need help.
