Nick was recommended by another plumber to hydro jet my laundry drain pipe. I didn't realize that this type of service was in such high demand, especially during/after/still in the pandemic. Nick came out and accessed the issue. He asked a few questions and began doing his magic. He cleared out so much sludge (sand, debris, and whatever else) from the pipe that I literally had to shovel it into the trash. His prices are more than reasonable and the amount of knowledge he has is amazing. He even gave me a little breakdown of my pipes for the entire house just by visually looking at what I had. We've only been in this house for 3/4 years and this tidbit of information was extremely helpful.

Now my I have to do 2 weeks worth of laundry for a family of 4 to appease my wife.

It's 9 PM, I tell my 10 Yo son to take a shower and go to bed. He comes running out of the bathroom, ""Dad the showers not draining and it's overfilling."" Long story short, we are on septic and I knew it was clogged.

I had a friend who was a plumber and said he didn't have the equipment needed for this job and to call Drain Krew. I texted them that night, 30 seconds to a response and they were at my doorstep 7 AM the next day. Crazy. Nick had all the latest and greatest equipment, HD cameras etc.. 200 feet away I had tree roots which were causing the block. He fixed it, charge a more than fair price and we are back and running. My son stinks no more.

When my hand sink got clogged I worked on it using drano, drain blaster and a snake for countless hours and nothing worked. I called San Diego Drain Krew and spoke to the owner Nick, he was extremely professional and accommodating to my schedule. Nick assigned Ryan to take care of this task for us. Ryan was scheduled to be onsite at 8:30am and arrived at 8:15am. Punctuality is extremely important to me, to arrive 15 min early to take care of a job is unheard of nowadays. What took me hours and failed miserably took Ryan 10 min!!! I think it took Ryan longer to offload and load his tools. The cherry on top was they do not charge you an arm and a leg like other plumbing companies. Please do not hesitate to call this company, I guarantee you will not regret it. I will always refer this company to my family and friends. I know for a fact this company will be all over the US one day.

Two other plumbers had failed to clear a blocked shower line and thought I would have to dig up and replace the line- one diagnosed a root completely blocking and breaking the pipe... but Nick quickly evaluated the situation & was able to clear the line from the roof vent as he suspected he would.
