I had a non-emergency leak in a connecting pipe on my hot water heater, which is outside. I contacted my property manager on Saturday afternoon, and Lucio called Monday morning to see if we needed him Monday or could it wait til Tuesday. Waiting wasn't a problem, so we scheduled for Tuesday. Lucio arrived with a younger guy (apprentice?) And the parts needed. We chatted for a few minutes while he supervised the younger guy's work.
My property manager has sent Lucio before and I know that if I have a plumbing problem it will be fixed quickly and correctly.

Daniel has been our plumber for five (5) years now and we consider him to by our primary plumber. very reliable, fair, friendly and especially knowledgeable in his profession as a plumber. He has worked on plumbing in our previous condo and replaced our water heater at a very reasonable price. Daniel is currently helping us with our plumping in our new home as we are currently renovating our kitchen and bathrooms. I highly recommend!!!

My rental's property management company contracts with SDC Plumbing, so Lucio came out to help us when the main sewer line to my house was blocked. He was punctual, friendly, and competent. He ended up removing the toilet to get his equipment down into the pipes, and he courteously cleaned up the floor around the toilet after he was done.

The experience was as pleasant as it possibly could be when you have every drain in your house clogged. I highly recommend him!

We were having a bad problem with roots in our pipes. Lucio came out, gave us a fair quote, and got to work the next day.

He and his hard working concrete guy had to drill through our concrete to get to the ""root of the problem"" :) They pulled out a root the size of a baseball bat that was causing our backup, and which other plumbers missed.

They arrived at our house at 8:30 am, and didn't leave till 8:30 pm. Lucio did not leave till every part of the job was done (including refilling the concrete steps). He snaked with a camera several times. He was always saying, he wanted to make sure he covered everything.

Lucio is professional, courteous, and friendly. If you look in his van, it is organized and clean. I told him he's an anal plumber :). He's a perfectionist that will get the job done right.

We will definitely use him for future jobs.

Lucio helped me when other highly rated (on Yelp) plumbers couldn't

I bought my house a few years ago and it was a flip using the worst contractors ever. I noticed one bathroom always smelled like dookie and the smell would get worse if someone dared to take a shower. Finally called some fancy North County plumber I found and they told me they could fix it but they'd have to tear apart half of the remodeled bathroom (including the tiled shower), probably couldn't match it back perfectly, and the whole thing would cost over $5k. So I decided to live with poop fumes.

Fast forward and I buy a new house and turn my existing home into a rental. Can't rent a house that smells like human waste so on advice from a friend call SDC. Lucio came out quick and got me an estimate. More importantly, he said he could do the work without tearing up and rebuilding my bathroom. And he delivered. Lucio did have to jackhammer through a finished concrete floor but knowing how hard it would be getting it to match correctly after the fact, he cut a super small hole to do his work. A bigger hole would've made his job much easier but his focus on the job requirements and doing quality work mattered. End result is really good work at a fair price

I called SDC Pluming thinking my water heater was on its way out. They advice me that the heater need it to be flush to removed the brown color from the water after an extended vacation. Instead of trying to sell me a heater he earned a very grateful and satisfied customer. I have used SDC Pluming to change a shower faucet as well. Lucio was on time and very professional on both occasions.
