Backflow testing is the furthest thing from my mind. So each year, I get an email from San Diego Backflow Testing asking if I want service, then a couple days later, there is a certification. They are great and reasonably priced.

They are ok, expensive for test and quite expensive for repairs. They came a day before (knew it later) they were scheduled to be, I guess that may be ok but having clear information is useful.

In an age when service quality is in decline, San Diego Backflow Testing has been absolutely fantastic for me when getting the testing that I need. They make sure to take care of everything, so that you can basically sit back, relax, and just pay your invoice. I've also had situations where I got to the back flow testing late, and they made efforts to make sure and get me in before the city deadline as well. Awesome.

So, Backflow testing wasn't a thing I knew existed until I got a stern letter from the city stating my water would be shut off without updated tests. I frantically called a few different places and got ahold of San Diego Backflow Testing.

San Diego Backflow was great! We had a leak with our backflow on Saturday which meant turning off the water to the pool. I sent them a request and within 10 minutes Jen had emailed me back and within an hour of us exchanging emails/texts, Adam was out fixing the problem. It probably took less than an hour and they called to let me know when it was done since I was offsite. Extremely professional and I was so grateful they came out so quickly.
