San Benito Plumbing and Heating was recommended to me by a contractor friend. Their bid on identical HVAC equipment (installed) was less than half of the other two more local bids that I got. The work was good and prompt and they have returned to service the units as needed at a very reasonable cost, despite being 50 miles from our home in Carmel.

Do not use this place. Very unprofessional. My heater was not working. House is under warranty, toll brothers said they would cover it. San Benito refused to send someone out to repair it. I have no heat and it's cold. Toll brothers decided to use another contractor. they are coming out tomorrow to repair. San Benito SUCKS!
