This company was sent to us by our Home warranty. I understand that they can't do anything unless the home warranty approves the claim which they didn't. So I felt like I wasted the call fee of $75, my efforts & my time of rest.
So the tech guy suggested they could apply the 75 to items they will use. But boy the estimate was ridiculous! It went up to $800+!!! Way too expensive!!!
The other plumber sent previously charged me for only $30.

This place is a scam please place do not buy from them. They came to pickup my Washer that i paid for cash. Because it messed up. And will not answer the phone they have kept my Washer for 7 months telling me they waiting on parts. I called and call. Don't not waist your time. It's not worth it.

I was trying to save some money by selecting a plumber who didn't have a service call fee (single mom pinching pennies).

I was unaware that they didn't charge depending on the issue. They have standard fees no matter how big or small the issue. I was desperate to get the leak fixed, thinking it was something detrimental, so I agreed to pay the fee.
Turned out it was a small leak. One of the PVC pipe coupling had come apart.  I ended up paying $700 for PVC cement to be placed in a coupling.

I regret not going with another plumber. At least they would've inspected and charged me accordingly for the issue. I found out the hard way that I would've paid half the price, maybe less if I had gone w the plumber who had the service call fee.

The only positive part of this experience was that the plumber was very personable. He was nice enough to look at another issue I was having. 2 gold stars for Mr. Kiolbassa.

I'm very impressed by how fast he got my kitchen sink fixed. He answered all my questions and concerns. He make sure everything works and cleaned up after himself. These guys couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. I called them looking for a part. They don't sell parts. It could have been over then. But the gentleman I was talking to said "Send me a pic of what your looking for". They had a spare one and let me come get it. Didn't even charge me anything. I will use them whenever I need some plumbing done. Thanks so much!

I called my home warranty company for a shower leak. The shower would leak even when you turned it off. It was the cartilage. They assigned San Antonio Plumbing to do the work. I got a call the next day and they asked if they could send someone right over. Eli arrived within 30 minutes and looked at the shower and correctly diagnosis it and left to get the part. Within less then 30 minutes, he returned and fix the issue. On his way out he noticed that my outside faucet was leaking and just tightened it and it stopped. Great job Eli. I was very impressed by the fast service, and he didn't even try to bamboozle me.

I would recommend San Antonio plumbing as they fixed my leak behind wall. I called at 8am when they opened and Jonathan was here by 10 am and had the leak fixed in about 30 minutes. He showed me where the leak was coming from (a pex pipe behind wall had a pin hole in it ) and he replaced with new pex pipe. Johnny was very courteous and professional. Also very reasonable prices

Our water heater was 28 years old and finally needed to be replaced. They walked us through the changes in code that needed an upgrade to our system, so that we are compliant, and explained the additional cost. Also, that it would need to be inspected by City Code Compliance and they would schedule the visit. They were prompt, kind, and very efficient at their job. When we were confused, they did everything to help us understand, never were they harsh or unkind. The best I can say, is that these folks are the best at what they do and top in customer service. I don't think you could go wrong calling them to do the work you need. . .
