I have used this company for all of my AC/Heating needs. They are very professional and honest every single time! I have had my inside unit replaced and Roy made sure my family was comfortable over the weekend before we could get the unit installed! My most recent experience was a check up on the entire system for the summer time. Thomas was on time and checked everything. I was given a complete description of what was checked and the readings of the system. This is where his honesty comes into play, I was recently told there was mold in one of the casing above the unit by an air vent cleaning company and I asked him to check it out and possibly give me an estimate to sanitize it. Of course, the other company was horribly expensive and after Thomas checked it out informed me there was no mold on the inside that could get through the vents. He didn't bash the other place but let me know there was nothing to worry about. Thanks!!

Just replaced my downstairs system after replacing my upstairs unit last year. Extremely pleased with price and performance. From sales to installers all were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. After comparing to three other companies, San Antonio Air provided the best value. Lennox rebate was a driver in the deal. John Richmond was great at explaining everything in easy to understand language. Installers were efficient and listened and responded to our questions and kept the house and yard clean. I highly recommended to my friends.

We have used this company for over 10 years. All of our regular scheduled maintenance visits have always been on time, trustworthy, and professional. In Aug 2014 we made the leap to the Lennox 2-stage system. John Richmond was professional and thorough explaining the various options. Yes it is expensive but has several rebates and a 10 year warranty included. This system is outstanding and we highly recommend it and this company. Our first Sept CPS bill was 35% lower than the same period a year ago.

Ive had to call SA Air twice since my first review. Now my master bedroom is warm and im sweating in the middle of the night with ALL the covers off. I have the thermostat set 70 and it is still warm. When they came back out today they told me everything is just fine and leaves. I made NO changes to anything and all of a sudden my bedroom gets warm enough to where I sweat in the night when a week ago at the same temp. it was freezing. That makes no sense to me. I dont understand this company. Even after replacing the air filter its still warm as all hell in my bedroom. What the hell is going on!!!!!! I can never get a clear answer. You would think after the 20th time I call you would send out someone who can fix my issue. Not this company. They keep sending techs out who tell me everything is fine. I even hear rattling from a vent that happened recently and trying to tell me "oh, thats normal" When was the last time you heard rattling coming from anything is normal" WHAT THE FUCK AC AIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called to have my AC fixed after I heard about them on the radio. The radio add said $19.99 service call. In the next couple hours I call a couple more times, to see when they were coming. The price had changed twice, $49.95 then $99.99 for after hours.
25 hours after the first phone call I finally got a call back, and they said they were unable to do a service call.
Very disappointed. I hope the radio stops advertising them.

I called to have someone come out for an estimate on duct work 2 weeks ago.

Very reasonable pricing, pretty thorough in explaining what work needed to be done.
OK.

When the 4 man crew came to the house one week ago, they were confused:
"So, WHAT needs to be done here? The guy who gave you the estimate is no longer working for us." These guys had no idea why they were at my house.

The crew looked around a little bit, and then decided that the job would be much more costly and would involve cutting several holes into the wall. They weren't qualified to give me an updated estimate on the spot, and clearly didn't see any reason to be there.

That being said, the customer service line was always extremely friendly.
It's a shame that the job fell through. It's too bad I still haven't been refunded the cost of the initial estimate.

Champion A/C came out, and within a week, finished the job. When Champion came out, they drafted a map of the duct project so that the team could work from that the following day.

They had no need to cut into the walls, so I'm not sure what the problem was with the SA Air team. Were they really unable to complete the task, or was it a realization that the initial estimate was too low? In any case, you can't expect a customer to wait diligently for weeks in a hot house.

When my home warranty company didn't answer my calls or online requests for assistance with my broken AC (still under warranty), I contacted their contractor who had installed it less than a year ago. After several emails and phone call attempts, the contractor informed me they would not come out without the home warranty company dispatching them, regardless of the fact I had purchased a service contract WITH THE CONTRACTOR.

Desperate for air conditioning, I called Service Experts when I just couldn't wait around any longer. They were amazing! Mary in dispatch was friendly, courteous and FAST. Adrian came out to my home within 2 hours of my original call and diagnosed the problem. My coils, not yet a year old, were riddled with holes and all my coolant had leaked. He went above and beyond to keep my family comfoortable by 1) charging the system with enough coolant to keep us going until it could be fixed 2) scheduling an appointment immediately to fix the unit within days 3) Applying my service fee $49 to an annual service plan (which I knew would be well worth the $138) and 4) Examining my outdoor unit to make sure it was running properly. When he discovered it wasn't as compatible as it should be for the new indoor unit, he helped me schedule a free estimate for the next day to see what it would cost to replace and get the system running optimally.

When John Richmond arrived with an estimate the next day, it was more of the friendly, personable, attentive service they had given me previously. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and even gave me a military discount!

My home warranty company and their contractor finally came through, but I'm so happy with the service I received from San Antonio Air that I plan to only do business with them from here on out. I'm so glad I bought their service plan and will definitely be buying a new outdoor unit from them this fall. If you have AC/Heating needs in San Antonio, these are the people to call!

We had a problem with a thermostat that seemed to have a mind of its own. We called Service Experts and Adrian arrived the same day. We could not have been more pleased. He was quick to assess the problem and quick to resolve it. We appreciated his honesty and expertise. He gave us good advice regarding our system. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great Service! We were having problems with our AC, Heat and fan not turning on, we called on a Saturday and they were here within probably 30 minutes no extra charge for having it done on the weekend like most companies do. Adrian our tech was super friendly and very professional he was in and out in no time! Definitely would use them again!
