A complete waste of time and money. If you need a plumber, call someone else.

I contacted him based on great reviews on Yelp. Big mistake.

- Appointment time was 10 am. He showed up after 10:30 am.
- Estimate was not given as promised. He said his phone was dead and he couldn't text me. Really???
- Unable to fix our irrigation system. This was the main reason to call him. And he even told me that he is confident to fix it. Nope! he couldn't fix it. (it was fixed by our gardener. Haha!)
- I asked him to replace the flapper in one of our toilets. BUT, he replaced all three toilets, without asking me. He charged total $54 for all three flappers.
- He spent almost an hour to replace flappers in toilets and charged me $250 for labor. Are you sure? Is your hourly rate $250?? Giant RIP OFF!

Clark was awesome! I contacted him through Yelp on Sunday night and he arrived Monday morning to fix not only a backed up drain in our garage but also a leaking water filter in the garage. He kept me up to speed throughout the day and his initial quote was almost spot on. He will definitely be the one I call with any future plumbing issues!

Our kitchen faucet broke on a Friday night. We called Clark Samson on Saturday morning and within a few hours, he was at our house. He doesn't charge extra for weekend visits, which was great for us because, with houseguests for the weekend, we really didn't want to have to wait until Monday to get a new faucet installed! Mr. Samson was punctual, efficient, professional, and personable. Excellent work at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Clark is a skilled and caring craftsman who would be welcomed into my home again should a plumbing need arise.

My needs were non emergency, so speed was not a necessity, but he quickly responded to my call and arranged for a quick visit.

All of the requested tasks were completed in a timely manner, at a reasonable price and the work site was left clean.

Most of the time, a call to the plumber isn't a joyous occasion, but if you need plumbing services, Clark Samson should be given first crack at helping you.

Clark to the rescue! I had a flooded bathroom and broken toilet I discovered at 9pm on a Thursday night - after turning off the water and looking thru Yelp for a local plumber - the first place I called had a recording saying they were booking 2 weeks out due to a large project - I called Samson Plumbing next at 10pm - Clark answered the phone and offered to come by 9-10 the next morning. He diagnosed and repaired and then I asked him to look at the two others I had which were same vintage and on verge of the same problem. Needless to say he was fast, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. Will definitely call him for plumbing issues again.

Clark was excellent. He responded to me quickly on a Saturday afternoon and arrived shortly after. He was friendly, professional, and worked hard. Ultimately he was unable to unclog my drain after trying a variety of things (including getting up on the roof), at which point he referred me to a larger company and did not charge me anything for nearly two hours of his time. Rare integrity in the service industry -- highly recommended!
