Lucas G.This company turned my 1100 square foot 1949 home into an architectural masterpiece, in my opinion anyway... The project took almost a year. It involved demolition of the existing brick exterior, exterior cement/cinder stairs, removal of asbestos, removal of the entire roof, and demolition of all the interior walls down to the studs. Samson Home Maintenance then, built up and over the circular drive I wanted to protect. They created the second structure on the island of my circular drive which was connected by my studio breezeway over the porte cohere. An east and west wing were then added along with the entirely new roof on the original principal structure. They followed the architecture's rendition of my artist free-sketched plans to the tee! Including MEP drawings! This company, black owned and Christian rooted took care of me in the most epic way!
