Great experience with Cristian from Sam's Plumbing (and I'm not only saying that because he found my leak wasn't a plumbing emergency!). Water started leaking through my ceiling, and I wasn't sure if it was related to the torrential storms we've just had or the fact that the kitchen was right upstairs. I contacted Sam's Plumbing through Yelp that evening, and Cristian responded in minutes and was able to come by first thing the next morning. I had resigned myself that anyone would need to cut through the ceiling drywall just to see what was happening, but Cristian quickly and visually concluded a plumbing leak was unlikely, headed outside, and identified a gap in the siding where rainwater had entered and accumulated debris had prevented it from easily flowing out, leading to pooling and the ceiling leak. For the very reasonable diagnostic charge and 20 minutes of time, my problem was resolved (well, apart from the siding gap and the neighbor's overgrown yard that led to the buildup, but that's another story...). Other reviews are a testament to their plumbing ability, but my experience shows this is matched by common sense and willingness to think outside the box.

Christian (the plumber) replaced the leaking faucet with a much better one. I am completely satisfied with the replacement. Christian was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Sam's Plumbing.

Response, value, and customer service is my three pillar for evaluating any business. Sam's plumbing was quick to respond, their were most fairly priced for this area, and their customer service is something to brag about. I considered 5 separate offers before I contacted Sam. I was provided with an online quote based on the job description and a time of appointment. I received a 30 mins reminder call before my appointment.

The problem turned out to be more challenging than we both anticipated but he quickly reassessed the problem and provided his recommendation to fix the issue. He was done in 20 mins. I am a basic handyman and I had a lot of questions about plumbing. He was able to address all of them.

Extra kudos- sam had multiple methods of accepting payments that made our transaction easy. Plus I had accidentally turned of my water heater gas and I called him panicked after he had already left. He calmly walked me through the process without any extra charge. I really appreciate his Good Samaritan-ship!

We needed a diverter installed in our tub as well as a sump pump fixed. The business gave us a very reasonable estimate and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Cristian from Sam's plumbing is amazing. I consider myself to be pretty well versed in what fair prices are for most services, however, since I don't usually need a plumber, I wasn't very sure of what market value is for the simple service that I required. However, considering that I had an emergency, same day call for a clogged toilet, I assumed that the pricing would be pretty high.

Cristian was informative. He patiently explained what his price was, and why his pricing structure is set up the way it is. On that fact alone, he gets five stars. (If you've ever worked with home contractors, that is the hardest skill set to find).

But to take it a step further, my husband and I worked to get our toilet unclogged for THREE DAYS with a plunger AND a Home Depot snake.

Cristian barely stepped all the way into the bathroom and already had the toilet unclogged.

Annnddd then! He cleanliness was epic also! No splashing, he took his work materials back out of my home with no drips, and he was COVID ready at the door.

LONG STORY SHORT, GO AHEAD AND BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They're timely, quick to respond, have great communication, clean, and work fast.

I am a very satisfied customer, and although I hope to not need another plumber any time soon, if I need to call anyone, it will be Sam's Plumbing.

We discovered a water stain that we could not figure out where it was coming from. Christian was very responsive, came out the same day during the time frame he said he would come. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly. Much more reasonable pricing than another company we called. Highly recommend!

I'm long overdue in reviewing Sam's Plumbing. I had several plumbing needs and found this company on YELP in February. Cristian (with his assistant) came to my apartment and resolved/repaired the problems with my kitchen sink, bathroom faucets, and bathroom plumbing. He even went out and purchased new fixtures for my bathroom vanity faucets. He was very efficient, helpful, always on time, communicated well the problems and the services required (with cost estimates) to repair them. Due to a follow-up problem, he was quick to return to fix it. The service was impeccable and I would never hesitate to call him again. Many thanks for the outstanding service!
