Cristian was prompt, courteous and professional. He arrived on time for our 8:30 appointment, prepared with all materials needed. He assessed what needed to be done, explained his recommended course of action, then got right to work. He was efficient in the install of a new water line for our refrigerator. He even bought his own cleaning supplies to clean up the dust. The final cost was in line with the initial estimate.

Saturday evening had a leak from the disposal and trap in the kitchen sink. Reviewed Yelp, sent several requests. This guys reached out and was at my place, mask on and ready to go by 0800 Sunday morning. The guy located the problem, took a quick trip to the local hardware store for the parts, back, fixed the kitchen sink--and, while he was here, had him a drain in the master bath. Over and done with by 1030. Friendly, professional, and no complaints. Well done!

Plumber arrived on time for early morning appointment to install a sink. He wore a mask and respected social distancing. When they did the work, both he and his assistant wore masks throughout and left door open for ventilation. Stars for excellent cleanup afterwards. Reasonably priced. Cristian was able to stop by to quote services the same day we made contact as we had multiple things needing to be addressed and then to get us in the next day! He quickly and professionally made all repairs-wearing a mask at all times. He showed us every repair that was made and demonstrated that the issues were addressed. He cleaned everything up and disposed of any trash. Reasonable pricing, quick and reliable service. Highly recommend him!

Used this company October 16,2020. Plumber went to Home Depot to order all of the items needed for my repair via telephone order. Did a professional job, however disappointed that the plumber told me he had to pick up additional products from Home Depot and charged me $125.00 to do so. Again, I was surprised when I received my receipt from store showing that he had purchased the produces he said he needed at the time of the original sale. As I am elderly, I feel I can not trust this company and would not recommend them.
